Great

We came for vacation from Tennessee. The house is beautiful clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool and game room. If you choose here make sure you have a rental car Ubers and Lyfts are a little pricey because of how far out you are. Closest Store is about a 10-15 min walk. But everything else was beautiful.

Nice clean property Could use some updating. Neddings including pillows were not optimal. Flat pillows and outdated old beddings Also should have option to add in additional paper goods such as toilet paper Was suppose tobe one roll per bathroom but that wasn’t accurate Give guests the option to purchase items so don’t have to run out and get them Pool was dirty and not warm Was suppose t be heated.

Pool Not Heated as advertised

Great location with being a 15 minute drive to Disney but pool wasn’t heated…pool heater was turned on just before we arrived so water wasn’t heated, and they have a timer that the electric pool heater is turned on only from 8am till 8pm and since the nights were so cold it never got to the temperature of 85 that the property manager said it was set at…thus very disappointing. Kitchen could use more cookware, tried to make spaghetti dinner for 4 people and was very difficult with the 2 small pots they had. House could really use a good paint job to freshen it up, bathrooms needs updating especially the master bath needs some work with floor tiles

Just the basics

The kitchen didn't offer "extras" like salt, pepper, a Kuerig, etc. The hot tub was warm. The beds were basic. The TV'S were small. This said, we paid a fair price for a convenient location, property that could use some updating and plenty of room.

Fun experience and enjoyed the hassle free house.

I’ve rented homes with VRBO at least 3 or 4 times now. This particular company was easy to work with and had excellent and quick communication. The check in and out process was hassle free. The house was comfortable and clean. Sure, the carpets could be updated. But, everything had been cleaned and we had all that we needed. The boys loved the man cave and pool. This house is spacious and we had more than enough room which was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We do wish the check in time could be an hour earlier and check out time an hour later. We understand though the process and this is not a complaint, just a wish. We thank you for a great experience!

Do not book this property

We stayed at this property from 5/27 to 5/30. The first night everything looked great and no issues. The second day we left for Disney in the morning and when we came home the AC had stopped working and the temp was 80-82 degrees in the house. The phone number that was posted in the house for after-hour maintenance was no longer in service. I called the office and after being on the phone for about 10 minutes I gave up. The next day the house felt even warmer so about 9 AM I called again and I was told maintenance will come to fix it and no ETA. The AC did not get fixed till about 7:30 PM on 8/29. The temp in the house was as high as 90 degrees. The temperature in the house came normal at around 10:30 PM on 8/29 On top of this, after we came from Disney the front door was unlocked and there was a picture frame in the garage that was broken. When I emailed the property management company about it they did not even bother to call me they just emailed me back asking to call the local sheriff's office. We paid for pool heating but the water felt almost same as the first night. The property management company is very irresponsible, unreliable, and irresponsive. We also felt the property is unsafe especially if you are going with kids. I would not recommend living in this house.

Cute house

The place is comfortable it’s a nice property spacious quiet area the house is a bit dated but it’s not too bad. only problem I had was communication with the property manager reached out about the pool being dirty since I arrived and it went unresolved for a while! (MANY) several calls later and just short of a few days left in my stay the pool was cleaned the Lights in the pool DO NOT WORK!!!!! even after I told them I had to stay on top of them calling (MANY TIMES) for the pool to be cleaned. I was there for 2 weeks thankfully we went out so the pool wasn’t used but still it sucked that when we wanted to use it we couldn’t other then that the property is okay! Would stay there again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This is a Warm and quiet home. I say “Warm” because it states that the thermostat can’t be changed below 76. We spent most of our time outside because of this. We had enough of everything towels, dishes, etc. We did have a few issues but staff and maintenance were always helpful! We landed early and were able to check in early, some chairs and outlet needed to be fixed and they were same day as call! A raccoon seems to enjoy the home and pool service came out with enough time in the day to still enjoy a swim. The house alarm although we didn’t touch it like stated we came home one night the a loud noise blaring and it took over an hour and 2 calls to get help. Sadly the final night at the home at 1am it happened again and it woke up everyone in the house. Thankfully maintenance left us the code Incase it happened again. All in all this is a lovely home and given the chance we would stay here again

Disappointed.

Internet, TV and WiFi capabilities were inconsistent at best. Constantly buffering and losing signal. They came out to fix it quickly however it never got resolved and we continued to struggle with connectivity and buffering. In addition and probably more problematic tha no TV or internet was the parkingo nthe streets. There were so many cars lining both sides of the street you could barely drive down it. If an emergency vehicle needed to get to a house at the end of the street they wouldn't have fit. And the cops going through the house next to ours in the middle of the night was also less than optimal.

Dated property

Pros .. Location. Games Room. Cons.. Dated property should have read previous reviews. Estate crowded with cars. Creaky beds. Morning sun blocked by trees. Complained to Management Company and they did nothing. Dated old bed linen. Cable TV was a Roku box that kept stalling and freezing again multiple emails to Mgt Co. and nothing done. Didnt enjoy this one. People pay a lot of money and deserve more than this property gives. We have already booked a previous property for next year. Wont be back to this one.

Ola . A casa era boa, porem a limpeza deixou a desejar, havia muito poeira e restos de comida e guardanapos nos cantos do sofa. garagem muito suja. Como aluguei a casa para 9 pessoas havia apenas 8 lugares e nao foi informado que uma pessoa dormiria no sofa. Nao ha loucas na cozinha o suficiente para 8 pessoas,tais como panos de prato, travessas, panelas, leiteira ou para uso no micro ondas. Penso que poderiam deixar o basico para limpeza como pano de chao, esponja de pia, detergente e papel higienico. Quando se chega a noite é impossivel de comprar. O cheiro da garagem é muito forte, (sala de jogos) nao sendo possivel usa-la. No mais gostamos da estadia e ao sairmos deixamos tudo limpo. Obrigada

The pictures of the property were accurate...the house was clean. The parking was extremely tight! The only thing we felt that wasn’t correct was the time that was stated in the description to get to Disney... it stated 10-15 minutes when in reality it took 25-30 minutes.

A relaxing home away from home

We really enjoyed this home. Everything we needed was stocked and ready for our use. There were plenty of towels, pots and pans, and dishes. We enjoyed playing with our teenage boys in the game room, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the spa. The only change I would suggest is to have the pool heated later. (The hours the pool heat is on are 8 AM - 8 PM.) Otherwise, everything was fabulous!
