  • Newly decorated 3 bedroom home, only 3 miles to Disney located in Indian Creek subdivision with private fenced in heated pool (extra charge gas heater).
    Close by restaurants, shopping, water park and only 3 miles from Disney... The entire home and pool are wheelchair friendly with Free wifi a King bed in the master, queen and 2 twin beds. - Game room with pool table for kids and adults. - Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided - Community features tennis courts basketball and kids playground.

    Pool/spa heating is extra charge $35 per day !

    We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that guests obtain insurance to cover cancellation fees, medical emergencies, personal liabilities, and any other losses that may occur.

the house was the perfect size for us, the host was very accommodating when i needed to add 2 guests. house was clean and the pool heat was great! would love to book again.

This was a very comfortable and clean home! We were just minutes to Disney World, which made it easy to come home mid-day for a break from the sweltering heat to jump in the pool. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available, including pool towels.

The property was just what we needed for our vacation. It was close to Disney and all the shops we needed. The house was clean and provided the necessary items.

The house was clean kitchen well stocked. Very comfortable homey feeling. Quiet area. Pool.area was ok.We werent there often mainly just to sleepCheckin amd was easy. Management was very quick to response.The only thing was after we checked out there was a claim to insurance for a comforter that they claim was stained insurance covered this however i was never notified nor was i shown a picture of damage to this said comforter.

We stayed at this property at the end of March for two weeks as we stayed here last year and loved the property. The villa is amazing with a fantastic pool. We paid the extra for the heating in the pool and it was spotless when we arrived. The owner was very good with communication and attention to any questions. The location is great and near all the main eating spots and between 10 and 15 mins from the Disney parks. We definitely recommend this villa.

Great place to stay, we had a fantastic time, everything at this home was available and location was perfect. No more than 30 minutes from anywhere in Orlando. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house! Everything was clean, the pool was great, and I love the location as it's close to Disney, stores, and tons of food options. Would stay again!

A great place for our family. Quiet neighborhood, even on New Years. Paid for the pool heating. It was great, swimming in January. On our list of return to places for sure.

Spring Break in style!

Spent a week here for Spring Break with my two boys, and we were very pleased with the house, the amenities and location. Very well appointed, very comfortable beds - if you planning on coming to Orlando for Disney or Universal, this is the place to stay!

Fantastic home with all the perks!

Stayed here for 9 days while in Orlando for my daughter's AAU volleyball tournament and then 2 days at Disney. Home was very clean and pool was a great bonus for the hot summer days in Florida. Communication from owner was always prompt and made for a wonderful stay.
