Welcome to this beautiful home in the Solana Resort just minutes to Disney World!
This home offers a SOUTH facing pool deck, private swimming pool and spa, as well as a covered dining area to enjoy your meal pool side.

The garage has been converted into a games room which offers a pool table, foosball, and dart board for hours of enjoyment. The washer and dryer are also located inside the garage.

Relax in the comfortable living room which was just recently upgraded to a new sofa (sleeper sofa), loveseat and chair. Enjoy the flat screen TV and watch your favorite show, movie or surf the web on the free WiFi provided. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook a nice meal for your family and easy clean up utilizing the dishwasher. The main dining area seats 8 guests and there is also a breakfast nook with table and extra seating for 4 guests. Also provided is a high chair for the little ones.

Master Bedroom - Located in the back of the home and to the right of the living room features a King Size bed, private patio doors that lead out to the pool deck, it's own private bathroom, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
Bedroom #2 - Features a Queen Size bed, it's own private bathroom, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
Bedroom #3 - Features 2 Twin size beds, ceiling fan and flat screen TV.
Bedroom # 4 - Features 2 Twin size beds, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Both bedroom 3 and 4 share a common bathroom.

Resort Features:
On-site gym, community pool and hot tub with a Tiki Bar, amusement arcade, play areas for the children, volleyball court and a mini golf course (fee may apply to use). There is also a small grab and go snack shop located inside the clubhouse. The community pool is heating during the winter months and there are plenty of loungers and cabanas around the swimming pool. You can also add pool heating to your private swimming pool and spa for a surcharge.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the now open EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Another great stay

This is our 2nd year at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was warm enough for even me to get in and swim. Pool toys and plastic dishes were helpful for our poolside days.

Great spot

We are a family of 6 - my husband and I, our 17-year old, 15-year old, 8-year old and a 2-year old. This house was just right for our crew. We had the pool heated and we spent most of the week in and out of it as the temperature was just perfect. The house is located right near many restaurants and stores, so we were able to get what we needed easily. Nice living room for family movies after a couple of games of pool in the garage/game room.

Fantastic House

Stayed in early March 2024 and house was as advertised. In town for to watch college baseball. Very safe and secure neighborhood. Convenient location west of Disney. 10-15 minutes from I-4 and Champions Gate. Stores and Restaurants close by. Neighborhood was very nice and people very friendly. House was as advertised. Couple small things that people may get bent out of shape on but weren't big deals. There was a stain on the carpet in the dining room but it was cleaned and fine. Also back patio door was old and at times was difficult to close. The second master ensuite bedroom needs a new mattress. Other than that kitchen was well stocked, the house was immaculately clean. Pool and patio was very nice. Property management was on property twice during stay upgrading things outside. Main master ensuite was very nice and secondary was great as well (Except mattress). Two secondary bedrooms looked great for kids. Definitely two families of four+ could stay here with more than enough room. Game room/garage/laundry room was nice. Washer and dryer were like new. All appliances were like new. It was a great house and will look for it again in 2025 when traveling back down there. Numerous golf courses in the area to choose from. Great house.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed this stay. The pool/spa was great, we paid the extra $ to have it heated. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. I liked that the community is gated and you had to be buzzed in. Thanks !

Everything I hoped for and more

Overall OUTSTANDING...the property was everything it was advertised to be no surprises. Two things you should put in your welcome binder at the property is info on the pool alarm and bedroom remotes. Took me three days to realize volume was controlled on the side of smaller remotes. Lockbox entry was a little confusing upon arrival but a breeze after you figure it out. The community property is located in is great with a feel of being a resident.

Good property

The house was comfortable. But it could use an update and a deep cleaning. The furniture is worn, pillows on the sofa had lots of feathers escaping. Beds were okay but need new mattresses. It was nice to be in a gated, safe community and the game room was fun! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Christmas getaway

The property is really nice. Looks just like pictures. Very easy check in. Only issue we had was the pool takes a long time to heat up and the pool light was not working. It did not warm up until late in the evening on our 2nd night so my kids were not able to enjoy it when you first got there. Otherwise everything at the property was really good. The clubhouse is also really nice. Would stay there again.

Great rental

Location was perfect. Mins from Disney, less than a hour to Busch Gardens, and a little over a hour to Daytona Beach. Which we had planned on doing all 3 of those. So like I said location was perfect. House was perfect for the family , and having the private pool was GREAT. The only mishap we had was with the WIFI. The WIFI password is not in the house binder. In the binder next to WIFI it says “N/A”. Read back through your emails , that’s where you will find WIFI password. That was all our fault nothing wrong on owner end. All and all the experience was great , and would definitely rent this property again.

Neighborhood is made for rentals and offers a ton of activities...volleyball court, pool, cabanas, weight room, club house, happy hour, etc. The house was as pictured, clean and comfortable. We contacted the property manager a few times...once with questions and a second when the pool pump broke. She was quick to respond, had someone out there quickly and we enjoyed the stay and house. We weren't able to use the hot tub pool for two nights, as the pump broke (we were made aware by the landscaper) and once Jennifer knew, it was repaired. Had it not been a Saturday night/Sunday, it would of been repaired same day. The house has all the dishes and linens you could need including a basket of pool towels by the back door. We would definitely return to this house in the future!

Not what I expected

I am a Nurse, and have not had time to take vacation due to this crazy pandemic. So I was excited like a little kid about this trip to Orlando with my kiddos. It was way over due. For me and my family renting a room is never enough because we are a big family. I wanted to make sure we were comfortable and everyone had a bed so I decided to go this this home. One of the things we were extremely looking forward to was the pool and spa. So I made it a point to pay extra for the heating of both so we can enjoy it at all hours of the day. It all started before we arrived a day before our trip I had to email the company for them to email me the checkin instructions. Something I should have received with adequate time. When we arrived at the instructions provided for the door was not all correct. But luckily I was able to figure it out. Once we arrived inside the home it looked as if it had not been clean in a while. The amount of house flies that were in this home dead was crazy. It was a bit gross but not a game changer I needed my vacation more than the flies. Then I proceeded to the pool area which was like I said before very important part to us. When I go outside my kids were ready to jump in only to find that the temperature of the pool was 73degrees. Something I had to go buy a thermometer to confirm because I knew it would be an issue. I immediately called the emergency number to find out as to why I paid for something in advance and it should have been warmed prior to arrival. But the lady on the phone first stated “oh well I turned it on maybe not so hot”. That to me was as if she had forgotten. Then the rest of the evening I had to be calling her because we pretty much missed or first night of pool or spa use. After countless calls supposedly after resetting it at least the spa heated up. All weekend the pool never changed temperature from 73. I had emailed an email they sent me on the welcome email and never received a response as I had asked for a refund for the first night of no heater. Just to state this property for some reason charges a much higher rate for pool heating then other homes or company’s the rate is usually$20-$25 a day they charge me close to $40 a day! The next thing was the AC, it’s programmed to not go lower than “72”. In the summer a temp of 72 is super hot to sleep in. We had to use our fans to cool the house down and in turn wake up with extreme stuffiness because all the fans are dirty. Will not use them again!

Excellent Relaxation!

This was perfect for our Orlando getaway. Property was close enough to the parks but not so close that we were in the hustle of the theme parks. Only reason for my 4 star rating was that the pool heating had a couple problems when we first checked in. The staff was great at getting back to us in a timely manner and got it worked out after a couple days but it just took away from our stay for a little. There is also some construction going on in the lot behind the house. Obviously the owners have no control over that but just more added background noise that we could have done without. Kitchen had all that you need and pots and pans were in excellent shape. They provided bathroom towels and pool towels which was excellent! Plenty of space for large family or 2 small families.

The home was beautiful. However, it is advertised as having a hot tub, but it is really just a spa. This is misleading to people. I was looking forward to a hot hot tub. The jets were not working … didn't get fixed until Wednesday of our stay. The pool pump did not come on till after 11:00 everyday which was disappointing because we have small children that wanted to swim in the morning and the water was chilly … and I paid the extra money to have the pool heated!. The timer on the pool has the incorrect "time" set on it … it is an hour off. Also, there is nothing in the instructions on how the pool operates … that the pump only turns on and off at certain times. Otherwise, we had a great vacation.
