== ABOUT THE PROPERTY ==

BRAND NEW! Beautiful single family, pool home in an amazing Storey Lake resort with water slides, lazy river, splash area, miniature golf, fitness center, sports court and more. Storey Lake Resort has it all!!

Professionally designed, this home is a show stopper! 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can very comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Fully screened in private pool with outdoor table and chairs along with large flat screen TV. This home is fully equipped to make your trip as easy as possible.

Full game room in the garage with foosball and ping pong and AC unit for year round use! The loft area also has a full size pool table!

All bedrooms have SMART TVS. There is also a SMART TV in the first floor living room, 2nd floor loft area, and outdoor pool area!

First Floor (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)- 101 Dalmatian theme bedroom with 2 single beds, full bathroom in the hallway, master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom

Second Floor (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms)- king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and crib, Frozen theme bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, full hallway bathroom, Star Wars theme bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, full hallway bathroom

The waterpark for this area of Storey Lake Cove East just opened and is less than a mile away from the property! You will also have full access to The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake main waterpark/restaurant/bar and all other facitilies. Just a short 5 min drive from the property.



== ABOUT THE LOCATION ==

Storey Lake Resort is located in the heart of Disney World Area and restaurants are within a short distance by car. Entrance to the complex is secured by guard.

Storey Lake Resort features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse that accommodates residents vacationing in the community. This beautiful clubhouse is filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park. The Hideaway Club is also a full service restaurant and bar, we even have an ice cream shop to refresh yourself with some sweet treats. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini- golf and kayaking.

== RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250 fine) will be asked to exit the premises asap
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine) will be asked to exit the premises asap
- No events, parties or large gatherings will be asked to exit the premises asap
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- PROPANE for the BBQ Grill has to be purchased by the guest (there is 1 TANK in the house that guests can refill/exchange and use). Propane can be purchased at nearby stores such as: Publix, Walmart, Seven Eleven...
Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $40.00 per night with a 3 night minimum required. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.

Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.

Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

It takes up to 24-48 hours for the water to be heated. The request MUST be placed at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

It was very clean and good location. Included pots, pans, utensils, cups, dishes etc. Looks like photos posted. Very comfortable and spacious inside. Only negative is that there is a narrow driveway for parking and small pool. Would recommend to others and would stay again.
