There is nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of space including 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (more than almost all other nearby villas) and is fully air-conditioned in two zones, with brand new air pumps. Our home has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests & is perfect for family groups. In addition to a brand new two-zone central air-conditioning system, all of the main guest bedrooms come with ceiling fans for extra comfort.



In addition, you will find a game room and 2 large lounge areas. Our wonderful villa also comes complete with a 55'' flat-screen TV, 65" Smart TV, flat-screen TVs & DVD players, PlayStation & X-Box 360, & more! The Princess and Cars rooms feature themed TVs with built-in DVD players to make the experience complete.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
