The bright, modern and open floor plan gives a feeling of space, 10 guests can comfortably enjoy this property with an option to sleep a further 2 if needed. It is equipped with everything you could need, a home from home in a prime location to reach the major attractions.

For those with children this home is family friendly and has a highchair and toddler bed available for use, and the games room complete with air hockey machine which can covert to table tennis, pool table, basket ball hoop and PS4 will keep everyone entertained. You will also find a host of board games and balls to kick around in the huge open space off the yard.

The laundry room inside the home houses a large washer and dryer for guest use.

For anyone needing to work, this home has an electronic fully adjustable desk and speedy wifi, making working a breeze if you are looking for an office whilst on vacation.

The well stocked kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would need to cook for your friends and family, including coffee machine, milk frother, electric kettle, blender, pots and pans, air fryer, Panini grill, baking trays and all the utensils and crockery. Complimentary coffee pods and a selection of teas are left out for guests to enjoy. The oversized kitchen bar with quarts worktops comfortably seats 4 and a further 6 friends can sit around the dining table.

You will sleep soundly in the comfortable beds with soft clean linens and fluffy white towels. Wake up refreshed and head to the parks or spend the day relaxing around the community pool with its fantastic facilities including gym, volleyball court and mini golf!

For those who enjoy a more serious round of golf, there are a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course and Champions Gate Golf Course, home of the David Leadbetter Golf School, which is only a few moments away.

The spacious living area has been beautifully furnished with a comfy couch and several armchairs, providing plenty of space for all your party. Complete with a large flat screen TV it is the perfect place to sit back and relax after a long day in the parks.

The back yard looks over a wonderful open grass area which makes a great place for the kids to run around whilst the adults sit back and watch. Please note there is a pond far back to the rear of the property which whilst lovely to look is also home to much wildlife.
There are a number of amenities, services, shopping centers, restaurants, and medical facilities within a few minutes of the home, with its fantastic position in Champions gate. The all important Orlando attractions are only minutes away with Disney a short 15 minute drive.
