Check-in was not as smooth as I would have liked as the code that I was given to enter the house did not work. I tried to message the person that had been in communication with me and received no answer. Luckily, I tried a couple of the numbers provided on Vrbo and the owner called me back and gave me his code to enter. Plenty of room in this well appointed home. There are five bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom on the main floor, which we did not use. The master bedroom upstairs has a huge washroom and there is a second master bedroom with its own en suite as well. The other three rooms upstairs share a bathroom, but there is definitely plenty of room for everyone. The main floor bedroom has its own bathroom as well. I loved most things about this place. I feel like the kitchen could use a little bit of updating as the kitchen table was water damaged and it didn’t make having breakfast at that table very inviting. There was a games room which kept the two year-old in our group a little entertained so that was a help. I can see older kids enjoying this even more. It’s important for guests to note that there aren’t a lot of supplies in the house so obviously anything you need for cooking including salt, oil, etc. must be purchased and brought with you, but there was also no dish soap and only 1 garbage bag and you are required to empty out the garbage daily. You have your own pool, but we did not use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Good stay and location but needs better maintenance

Location and proximity to Disney were great. The neighborhood was also nice. The house itself was spacious and everything the pictures show. However, we dealt with air circulation issues upstairs and the fans in the kids’ rooms were not functional. Some wood trim pieces also fell off the stairs when we walked on them which created a hazard. A toilet handle also fell off when it was used. I messaged the property manager about these items but never received a response. Keith told me to call but I elected to let these items go since our stay was short. Keith is the contact and he was very responsive and helpful to work with. The game room is very nice and a nice touch for kids. The kitchen and dining rooms provide plenty of space. The pool and patio areas are great too. The distribution of items for use during your stay is a bit skimpy and dare I say, stingy. You will have to go buy necessary items as they only provide 1 of an item (ex: 1 dishwasher pod, paper towel roll, etc). Also, there is no grill and you can only rent one for a surcharge. But that is the difference between dealing with a company vs an individual owner. All in all, I would not stay here again and would look for accommodations with individual owners.

The property was beautiful. It was as pictured. We never saw the game room though and the pool was dirty. I called the management company and also reported it to the person we booked this with and nothing was done nor did we get a return call. We were never able to use the pool during our stay. Elements from the pool cover were floating in the pool as well as leaves and trash. The main point of renting this house was the pool which our granddaughter was unable to enjoy.

Great Location

The house was amazing! My kids loved the Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse decor! It was conveniently located to the parks and stores that we wanted to visit. I will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great house!

Keith was very quick to respond to any issues. We had a few things that popped up but were addressed. Overall, the house was very clean and updated! Loved the decor, paint, updated bathrooms. The pool view was obstructed by some current building but I’m sure by next year it will look nicer once completed. We love Windsor hills and will definitely consider staying here again. The game room was perfect for our small kids and was a huge hit!

Great House Location

We stayed at this property with 6 adults and 5 children (between 2 - 10) and this house provided so much space for our group. The whole family loved the pool and hot tub (I’d recommend paying for the heat as we did). It was nice to have tvs in each room for the variety of shows everyone wanted to watch. The water park was an added bonus. As they mention, only a starter amount of essentials are provided but Walmart is right down the street. Super close to all local attractions, dining options, and about 1 hour from beach & Cape Canaveral. The host provided great instructions for checking in making it a breeze. The only thing I noticed about the home was it may have not been vacuumed before our stay as my 2 year old while crawling on the ground in the upstairs master bedroom found a random pill, applesauce lids, and socks under the bed. Other than that the house was very clean and stocked with essentials. Our family would definitely return and recommend this home to others.
