The host was responsive to all inquiries. The common area on the first floor is very nice and perfect for entertaining. Great home with a nice layout. Community amenities are great. Cleanliness was the issue. Beer bottles, cigarette packs and trash were left all around the outside of the home in the backyard. The garage entertainment area was dirty with dead roaches everywhere. All of the homes broken items were also stored in garage leaving no space to play ping pong. Cobwebs, dirt and dust everywhere required cleaning to make us feel comfortable. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Recommend you bring additional washcloths and towels bc only 2-3Washcloths and towels per bathroom. Spent vacation washing towels everyday. Suggest have the cleaning lady ensure all lamps work after each guest. Spent too much time on lamp issues.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay. There was great communication by the owner, house was clean and well equipped. The overall gate community is rather busy. One note is security at the front gate often got backed up causing traffic on the main road almost every time we left or came back as you are trying to get in or out of the community. It didn't bother us much but I could see how it could be frustrating if you are in a rush. Overall we would stay here again.

Clean and spacious!

Check-in was easy. The home was just as listed - clean and spacious with room for everyone (10 in our group). Pool area is nicely kept. Pool toys/floats were available for use, as well. Conveniently located a block away from resort amenities. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, an excellent experience and would book again! Note: Only one larger vehicle will fit in the driveway. But there are parking spaces along the side street if more is needed.

Look no further. This is the home you want to stay at!

My family just spent a week at this beautiful house! We had a different property booked for our vacation that ended up being cancelled 3 weeks before we were leaving. In panic mode, I looked for another place to stay and came upon Devon’s home. They always say things happen for a reason! From the moment I messaged her, the process was stress free. When we arrived, we instantly felt at home. It looked exactly like in the photos and was extremely clean. There are 6 people in my family and everyone had their own space. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and gorgeously decorated. The private pool in the backyard was a nice place to sit and relax after spending 12 hours walking around the Disney parks. The area felt safe, as it is a gated community. Devon was always just a text message away if we needed any assistance with anything. I would definitely recommend their home to family and friends. 10/10 *chef’s kiss*!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautifully maintained. Cozy floorplan with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for family members to spread out. Open dining and living room to relax and connect with everyone while cooking, reading, and eating. The back patio is wonderfully set-up. Easy to lounge under the shade while watching the kiddos play in the pool. This was an absolutely wonderful stay. We are looking forward to staying at Solterra Beach Villa again!

Great stay near Disney

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.

Home from home

There are many positives in this house. Internally it is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large group. The pool area is more compact but was enough for us to lounge outside and supervise the children. The club area with the gym, pool and lazy river was a bonus. Note the clubhouse is really just a waiting area. Drinks and snacks are served outside, not meals as such, but were good quality. The routes to Disney and Universal parks were always busy but it was a straightforward journey. We were happy with the location of the house as it was a quiet, settled community, with all the necessary shops close by. I have only one adverse comment - hence the 4 star review. We had ongoing issues with wifi and the tv connection. The former is really needed nowadays for the Disney app, and phone signal wasn't great. It'd be a problem for someone looking to (keep in touch with) work on holiday. There is a disclaimer at the house -effectively no guarantee - but my feeling is this could be improved. You don't go on holiday to watch tv but it's nice to let the kids cool down, or to sit down in the evening, and the problems were a disappointment. I do credit Devon with always responding quickly but felt I was having to interrupt my holiday too much following up on odd matters that arose. Let's hope our experience was unusual - I didn't see this raised in other reviews - because this is a super holiday house and we had a really good time. Happy to recommend

Great Visiy

Property was amazing and big. Being a group of 12, we never felt crowded. Pool and hot tub was great. Everyone spent hours in there. Everything is up to date . Beds are very comfortable. House very clean. Home owners are amazing people to deal with. Quick response back on their part. Would definitely stay again

Accurate description

The home is exactly as described. Excellent communication and response from the homeowner. Everything you need is found at the property. The only thing I would caution is that the home is located on the Main Street entering the neighborhood and it is very busy. Centrally located with plenty of room for the whole family to space out.

Incredible Home

My family and I spent a week at this incredible house. It provided a large amount of space for everyone with all the comforts of home. We weren't missing a thing. The rooms are gorgeously decorated and all the furnishings are comfortable - from the beds, to living room furnishings to dining room chairs. The location is great... only 25 mins from Disney Springs! The owners are very nice people who are very responsive to questions and inquiries. Highly recommend anyone who needs to be in the Orlando area to rent this property! We will be again next year!

Relaxation Station

Our family, along with extended family stayed comfortably here. We struggle to find somewhere affordable and accommodating for 9 people who range from 9yrs old to 60 hrs old. So clean and comfy. The hosts were super attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home to rent

Home is lovely, well stocked if you want to cook & eat at home part of your trip. The location is very convenient for a Disney, etc vacation. Six bedrooms, 5 baths gave everyone their own retreat when ‘family’ was too much 24 hrs/day! Lol. Ping pong, pool & spa for relaxing. Perfect spot!

Florida Vacation with Friends

Excellent property, very clean, and owners were very responsive. We enjoyed the pool and lanai very much, and if we go back to florida, we would rent it again...lovely property. Check in at the gate was crazy, everyone trying to get in at 4, but aside from that, it was great..

Amazing Stay

My family and I really loved our vacation home. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Kitchenware, towels basics. The house and pool were especially gear towards being the vacation itself, comfortable and relaxing. We love it. Loved the layout of the home, best ever. Our beds sleep so good. Mattress was topnotch. The owners were easy to communicate with and nice. We would rent it again.
