Located only moments from the entrance to Walt Disney and a short drive from shopping, restaurants and other local activities, Solterra Resort will become your favorite vacation resort destination!

Brand new flooring, upgraded furniture package, this town home boasts Accent Walls, 5 Flat Screen TVs, a totally private Pool Area w/Safety Fence.

The Downstairs open floor plan offers a Dining Area with seating for 8, Breakfast Bar for 4, Comfortable Sectional Sofa, Large Flat Screen TV and Modern Kitchen, so all your gatherings can be very social!

Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances and upgraded Small Appliances make cooking in this Kitchen a pleasure. You also have plenty of Dinnerware, Cookware, and Silverware along with all the Kitchen Utensils you can imagine.

The Lanai and Pool Area provide Patio Table w/Seating for 8 - 10 plus 4 Sun Loungers. Grill Rental is Available Year Round; Pool Heating is Available October - Mid April (Grill Rental and Pool Heating Fees Apply; please check with your reservation agent for pricing.)

Enjoy a little R & R in the upstairs Loft Area 'Star Wars' Game Room with a NEW DOUBLE CHAISE LOUNGE SOFA, Retro Game Arcade, Foosball Table and a Flat Screen TV. Also upstairs, you will find the Laundry Area w/Full Size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their families in this truly amazing family home. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

No matter how long you stay in this beautiful town home, each time you come back from your day's adventures, you will feel 'right at home'!

For those bringing their pet for the stay, there is a $250/stay.

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. There are 2 spaces allocated in front of the villa and any further will need to park in MARKED spaces as per HOA rules.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $30/night + taxes.
* A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. There will be a $250 pet clean per stay.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

Very spacious home, and our family really enjoyed the pool and the quiet surroundings. The area is peaceful, which was a nice break after busy park days. It is a bit far from the heart of Orlando depending on traffic, so keep that in mind, but it’s only about 20 minutes from the Disney parks, which was a big plus. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly throughout our stay. The only con was that the arcade machine did not work.

The themed decorated rooms were a really nice touch and helped to add to the excitement for the kids. The pool is a great addition however the water was ice cold so we didn't use it. The home was well equipped and we didn't have to buy anything additional.

The most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. The manager was very responsive and kept us well informed by email and text before, during and after our stay. The unit was very clean. I would suggest a deep cleaning to catch areas that are missed during the regular cleaning such as vents, light globes, grease build up on the kitchen wall/cabinet above the stove & baseboards but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. The beds are comfortable and there is alot of room to spread out. The clubhouse pool, lazy river, hot tub and slide were a nice addition. The 1 time payment to use the clubhouse facilities was refunded quickly once I texted the receipt to the manager. The pool at the unit was clean & warm (we paid to have it heated) Maintenance came once during our 9 day stay to clean the pool. The pictures posted of the unit are accurate. We would definitely rent this unit again.

This was our second time staying here and we’re already planning our third visit! Great location, great home, very well equipped for cooking, entertaining and lots of helpful things for the kiddos, pool floats, toys, games, baby equipment, extra blankets… it’s perfect! This time we also visited the on property lazy river and pool which has a water slide, concessions and gym, all were also great!

Overall the property looked the same as in the pictures. The home felt clean, so did the extra sheets and blankets. It's a good neighborhood and safe. The front gate security did get heavy traffic, but you can get in within 10 minutes. The pool was well kept and the back patio. Overall, it was worth the stay for the price asked.

Way too hot!!!!

I will start off with the good, a very safe neighborhood. The property is beautiful,well laid out with plenty of room. Theme is fun and has a Disney feel. We loved the pool area, we did pay for pool heating. The first day the pool heat was not working and we reached out and the service man came out and said that the breaker was blown, and he was able to repair it. Now for the bad. It’s Florida…so it’s very hot most of the time. Our trip it was 89/90 degrees daily, The very first day we arrived we attempted to adjust the thermostat, as the house was set on 71, stuffy. I contacted the host and she instructed us to keep the doors closed, the doors had NOT been left open once. When the pool repair man came out, He told us that the host had locked the thermostat and guest were not allowed to adjust it. I then reached out to the host again for a second time to let her know that we were burning up in the house and everyone was sweating, could she please adjust the thermostat she NEVER responded. The entire trip everyone was miserable with how hot it was in the house, our dogs were panting, and we ended up having to plug up box fans to try to have some cooling relief (which was none). When you have been at Disney all day in the heat, the last thing you want to come back to is a hot house. For this reason, we would never stay at this property again.I also feel that this should be listed on the property listing so that renters are well aware that they aren’t allowed to adjust it.

Loved the pool!

Townhome was spacious, open, very clean and very quiet! We heated the pool and it was awesome. You could not hear noise from the neighbors or rest of home. The facility staff were responsive when the pool heater kicked off (pool should be warm, I waited a day and a half to ask about it and shouldn’t have!) Added bonus of lovely children’s book and toys!.

Month Long Stay

We loved this property. The townhouse has one of the best locations in the resort. As the pictures show there are no homes behind the house. I loved watching the wildlife every morning and evening. It also is less than a 10 minute walk from the community pool. We went to the community pool early in our visit, but then decided we liked the quiet of our own pool.The resort is strict about parking. Even in this townhome you might have more than 2 cars. There are numerous marked places to park. Again none would be more than a 5 minute walk. Please be respectful of your neighbors. One night our neighbor used their 2 spots and 1 of our spots. The house is well stocked with kitchen items. As the title states we stayed a month, so did a lot of cooking. We never felt like we were missing something.We didn’t have any young kids with us, but the house has some toys/books and kids supplies. Because we stayed a month, we visited multiple grocery stores. In our opinion the Publix in Champions Gate is best.My only complaint is the traffic. It can be backed up at the gate, but it really it is the road outside the resort. So much traffic. But traffic in Orlando is just bad everywhere.If you are visiting in the colder months and considering pool heat just pay for it!!! Relaxing in the warm pool every night was great. Paying for the pool heat was one of the best decisions we made.We would absolutely stay at this home everytime we visited Orlando, even with the traffic issues.

Beautiful house

Loved the house very clean had everything we needed from high chairs to baby essentials. Very comfy stayed here for brothers birthday enjoyed the community amenities as well. The kids loved the themed rooms. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!!

Disney Halloween Trip

The house is truly perfect. They’ve thought of everything from baby baths, dog bowls to laundry baskets. The pool was perfect each day, we opted for the heated pool feature which was perfect with the cooler weather. We brought our two dogs and were able to walk them along the grassy areas behind the complex. Disney was about a 15 min drive away each day. If you stay here and need to order takeout, Flippios Pizza was delicious!! We definitely plan to return!

Vacation get away

We were looking for a place during a move between states and wanted a 2 week stop. This was perfect! Private pool, wonderfully appointed house with plenty of bedrooms, and a short drive from Disney/Universal. The kiddos loved the room decor. We’d definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay with my family of 5 (3 kids)

We stayed at this villa at the end of may for 2 weeks, family of 5 with 3 children aged 11,8 and 3. We had an amazing time, the villa had everything we needed from kitchen utensils towels and washing machine tumble dryer. We hired a car with we found essential, drive to Disney was around 25mins and universal studious around 40mins. Devon was a excellent host, replied quickly to anything, the electrics tripped one day from having the washing machine and dryer on at the same time and he had someone round the villa writhing 10mins to sort this minor issue. All in all would definitely stay back here 100%

Pleasant stay

We stayed for 12 days as a family if 6 (4 kids). There was more than enough space for everyone. The house is very well insulated so you could not hear the neighbors. The pool was a nice for small kids but if you had teenagers it might be to small. It was nice that trash was picked up every day so it didn’t stack up. The beds were comfortable. The house had all the essentials needed. Convenient to amusement parks, restaurants, and groceries. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Family Vacation

The unit is bigger than I expected and beautiful. Our family vacation including our dog loved having all the comforts and amenities the house and resort had to offer. It was great after a day at the parks to come back and enjoy the pool at the house. Devon was great and quick with communication, checking in was a breeze. We will definitely comeback for sure!
