Our house sits on a quiet premium lake view lot in the newest section of the renowned Storey Lake Resort. This lakeside retreat offers stunning water and sunset views. With the lake on one side of the home and acres of natural conservation land on the other, you won't believe you're so close to the busiest and best theme parks in the world. The open floor plan and dining areas easily accommodate family groups for a magical vacation.

Our house features high quality furniture and luxury bedding. Top of the line technology includes a 75 inch Samsung 4KTV with a 400 Watt Dolby Atmos soundbar in the living room, fully equipped game room with 2 Arcades, foosball and pool tables, two 55 inch 4KTV for video games, or you can watch/stream TV while play.

The patio features high quality outdoor furniture — A 10 person dining set and an ultra comfortable deep seating patio set, 2 ceiling fans, We even provide a Bluetooth outdoor speaker so you can play your favorite tunes on deck!

Three kids rooms are furnished with Cars, Princess and Star Wars themes.

All 10 TVs in this house are smart TVs and can stream Spectrum cable live TV programming.

We are still constantly upgrading our newly furnished house, some of the pictures might not reflect the latest upgrades. For example, we just upgraded to a full ducted range hood; much better than the ductless recirculating range hood you will find in most vacation homes, you will appreciate it if you plan to cook!

Due to COVID-19, we’ve taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We follow CDC cleaning standards and all bed linens and towels are professionally sanitized and sterilized.

Storey Lake is a 24/7 Guard-Gated Community with Resort Amenities. Upon arrival guests must check in and receive their gate passes from the manned gatehouse located at Nature Ridge Drive and Semicolon Ave.

Guests use their gate pass to enter the gates and to use the amenities at the Hideaway Club.

Our property is contactless Self Check-In & Check-Out. You will receive a keypad code 7 days prior to your arrival which will be valid for your entire stay up until check-out.

Free street parking in front of the house, there are plenty of parking spots available.

Quiet time is after 10:00 pm and strictly enforced by Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED!

There are cameras in place for your protection. A camera on the front of the house will be on during your stay. If you tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Alcohol and GLASS CONTAINERS are not allowed on the pool deck or hot tub. Do not use the pool or hot tub if you have consumed alcohol. If you are pregnant you should not use the hot tub. Pool and hot tub use is expressly AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/extenuating circumstances beyond our control.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be charged a fee of $500 and you will be asked to leave.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PREMISES! If smoking is detected you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500

Absolutely no fires inside or outside. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus any damages caused.
