Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had the best time it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the pack and play baby gate for the stairs, high chair the simple things made our stay so much more enjoyable. The home had everything and more. It was comfortable and clean management was easy to deal with as well

Home Away from Home

We traveled just 40 minutes from home to vacation at Serenity Haven and loved it. The home is beautiful but the parking is limited. My guests had to park and walk back to the home. The pool was relaxing and enjoyable.

Not Clean!

Pool was so dirty we had to clean it ourselves, plumbing in both downstairs bathrooms weren’t working properly, downstairs half bath & kitchen had tons of tiny ants, some of the “clean” dishes in the cupboards weren’t even clean- there was dried food stuck on them, stains on bathroomVanity that looked like either old blood or possibly feces? Hairs on all the “clean” towels & bedding- management did absolutely NOTHING to rectify any of this and they were extremely difficult to get in touch with. There was also no fire extinguisher or bbq grill as seen in photos. I learned that you get what you pay for. Price was affordable but the home is not cleaned or maintained properly. 10/10 would NOT recommend!

Not as described

Not happy at all with this rental. With as many stays as I have I have never had a rental were the agent never responded or got back to me in regards to my concerns. Honestly I would not stay here again due to the lack of communication and the way they handled my rental. The property was not cleaned we could not use the pool because the water was filthy. The shower floors you need to take a shower with shoes on. The carpet was stained the bathroom faucet downstairs don’t use it the water sits there. The bed up stairs is leaning to one side and they were missing 2 TV’S from two of the rooms. Shade slots are missing and the refrigerator that you should use is the one located by the dining room table do not open the one in the kitchen it does not work and it smells. I get that the unit is for sale but you should still maintaine the property if your going to rent it
