The ground floor revolves around an open-concept living area with generous seating, a large TV, and easy flow into the dining space and kitchen. Laminate flooring runs through the main areas, giving the space a clean, easy-to-maintain feel after sandy days at the parks. For those who want more screen time without relocating the whole group, a second living room upstairs provides a quieter retreat for movie nights or an early bedtime for the little ones.

Sleeping arrangements

Eight bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across 11 beds. Two king bedrooms sit on the ground floor, one with its own ensuite bathroom - convenient for guests who prefer not to use the stairs. Upstairs, six further bedrooms include two standout themed spaces: a Minions room and a Mickey Mouse room that will absolutely delight younger travellers. Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses - everything needed to put together anything from a full family breakfast to a late-night snack run. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils are all included. A dining table seats the group for meals together.

 

Bathrooms

Celebration Town Center - a walkable, family-friendly area with dining and shopping - is just 15 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35-45 minutes by car.

Initial supplies are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available throughout. The property also has a gym on site. Pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and children's dinnerware are available for families with young children.
