Gorgeous Luxury family villa with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, interior space complete with designer finishes and high-end furnishings.
Located at a beautiful 900 acres villa complex with a golf course, pools, lazy river, gym, business center, tennis courts, and more. Our location is only 8 miles away from Disney and parks, and minutes away from restaurants, major banks, grocery stores, and more. It's the best place for a beautiful family getaway.

Detached villa with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Spacious Bedrooms with Luxury Bedding, high-quality sheets, down comforters, and duvet covers on every bed.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with plentiful counter space, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy the entire home relaxing in the pool & hot tub in the backyard. Fast WiFi throughout the entire house. The game room has multiple games for your entertainment. Enjoy the movie theatre for the whole family on a projection screen over 120 inches!

There is one master bedroom on the first floor, 2 master bedrooms on the second floor, two kid-decorated bunk bedrooms (with an additional trundle bed) and one last bedroom with 2 double beds. Every room comes with a TV and cable.

Due to COVID-19, each driver entering the premises must be registered beforehand.

The entry door has a keyless passcode entry.

As for parking, there is private parking for a single car but you could also park freely on the road or clubhouse if you choose to.

Guests can access the clubhouse and its amenities at no additional cost.

Guests can reach me any time through the chat, email or phone.

If there is ever anything that needs to be done, our crew can be at the house quickly.

A couple of notes:
Pet-friendly, with a $25 surcharge for the whole stay. This is solely what our cleaning crew surcharges us.

We allow baggage drop-off after 12 noon - meaning you can drop your bags off at the house, but the official check-in time would be after 4 PM. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to use the clubhouse and all its facilities at no extra cost.

The host (Jose Ricardo) provided excellent customer service and was responsive to every question and message. The property is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped with everything our family needed to cook family meals. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels were provided. The kitchen appliances, cutlery, were fully available for our use. The highlights of the stay were the hot tub, pool, and movie room. The area is convenient, clean and safe. Our family had an exceptional Christmas vacation. Everything we envisioned Christmas in Orlando would be. Thank you !

Amazing place, alot of space, and the property manager did amazing job very quick and attentive. We had friends over the first night for dinner and game night and then a family BBQ the next day. Both days went smooth and everyone had an amazing time.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a family of 8 that stayed the first week of April 2025. The host sent instructions for getting to the house and access code for the door before we left the airport. There are modern appliances, a washer and dryer, full kitchen w utensils and dishes and cookware. The pool and hot tub area were nice with a patio area and grill. The Oasis club is a short 8 min walk, or you can drive. They have a restaurant, movie theater, lazy river, and a large pool with tiki bar. What to know before you stay:1.If you have more than one vehicle, let the host know ahead of time and get the drivers’ names on the list so they are registered at the main gate.2.The host is very quick to respond to messages.3.There are beach and bath towels provided.4.You will need to bring/purchase the basics.a.We went to Walmart travel section and purchased shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, etc.b.We also got plates and cups, to cut down on dishes. c.For 97 cents, we got hand soaps for each bathroom.d.Don’t forget toilet paper, paper towels, & garbage bags.5.Garbage is collected daily----bags go in the “bench” by the front door.6.If you are going to drive anywhere, you will have to pay tolls. We just did the read the plate option. It cost us 90 for the week, which included two trips to the coast.7.Headed to the parks/attractions, factor in EXTRA time!! We were only “20 minutes” away from Universal but it took us 1hour and 45 minutes to get there due to the traffic. So plan ahead!

Teachers on Spring Break

This home was lovely. It was spacious and convenient to stores and attractions. It was great that the pool and spa were warm even in the early morning. We enjoyed everything about this home: the cleanliness, ease of check-in, and prompt response by the owner whenever we needed to add a guest to the list. We will definitely visit this home again.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was perfect and very spacious for our whole family. I was even able to bring my furry friends. The listing photos matched the details in the photos. Had a small issue with the projector in the movie room but property manager took care of it promptly! Couldn’t have asked for a better host. I would definitely book this house again.

Perfect Big Family Rental

The house was just as pictured. It was perfect for all of us, and everyone had a place to stay and play. The pool and hot tub were great for the cold evenings, and kids had space of their own.

All around Good

The house itself was very nice and clean. The pool however did not seem very clean and there was an eye lash left in the bottom of the pool. We were told trash would be picked up every morning and, that was not the case. The neighborhood felt very unsafe and neighbors were extremely loud. Grass and maintenance did not seem to be done. The owner was super nice with everything and answered all of our questions.

The property was clean and spacious. We had all of the cooking utensils and pots needed for our stay. The home comes with the basic necessities for the first day but you will need to bring extra supplies. Our 2nd time staying at this property and we will return!

Great house with everything you need!

First of all, Jose was wonderful to deal with and very responsive! The house was very spacious and very clean. The kitchen had every cooking utensil, pan, etc needed to cook or bake. Plenty of room for a large group. The pool area with eating area was a great space. All of the furniture was clean and in good condition and the upstairs theatre area was great to watch March Madness games. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of closets and hangers. Beach towels were provided which was a very nice amenity. I would absolutely recommend this house and would stay again.

From the initial correspondence with Jose and through our entire stay, he was always available to answer questions. He is kind and generous. Enjoyed our stay...a few small concerns.

Pictures on Vrbo are a little dated. Privacy shades in den aren't functional. We never could get the TV streaming systems (firestick ?) to work. Foosball table needs repairs. The place just needs a little TLC, so that everything works 100%. None of these items were a major concern, as we were very busy and away from the house for the majority of each day. Clean and comfortable otherwise!

Amazing experience!

My family travels to Florida often to visit family and to gather together. We usually rent a house. This house was beautiful just like the others I have rented in the past at Champions Gate. The difference was Jose. He promptly responded to any inquiries made. The ease of the process was amazing. When we arrived and noticed some minor issues, they were promptly addressed. Jose even came in person to make sure everything was up to par. Overall, the experience was great. I would highly recommend.

Great place clubhouse must

Overall had a great time at this place. This is 2 years in a row that we stayed in this gated community. Definitely gotta take advantage of the clubhouse golfing on site. Grill and heated pool was not included in price. Would like to see that listed as amenities that cost extra. Host was very good at getting back to us immediately. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and this was great place.
