Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Hills Resort, one of the closest gated communities to Disney (just 2 miles away)! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom modern townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes your own private screened-in heated spa pool — perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury: a Master Suite with a King bed with plush memory foam topper, premium linens, and private en suite bath; a ground-floor second bedroom with Queen bed and adjacent full bathroom; and a Disney-Themed Kids’ Room: Twin-over-full bunk + twin trundle, private Mickey bathroom, TV, books, and toys.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for family meals — full-size appliances, cookware, and dining for six. Enjoy movie nights on the 65” QLED TV, or challenge each other to games on the Xbox + Kinect. Every bedroom has its own TV, and free WiFi keeps everyone connected.

The hosts were great. House was very clean. We had only a couple issues in the house and they attended to those quickly. The only reason I am giving a 4 instead of a 5 was because we picked this location for the private heated pool. The only problem was the pool never got hotter than 69 degrees. We did have some colder days during our stay. When we asked about making it warmer we were told if the outside temperature is lower than 56 the heater will automatically shut down to save the equipment. Also it is only able to heat 12 hours a day. So we were not able to use the private pool at all. The main resort pool was heated though. The slides and splash pad area were not open. So if you are looking to stay during the colder months the private pool will likely be colder. But I bet during the warmer months the place is great!

The home was very welcoming. We didn’t use the pool, the weather was chilly for Florida but it was nice just looking at it. Its close to all the theme parks, and only about half an hour from the airport. We were 4 seniors looking for fun and relaxation, and we found it here.

This was the cleanest and most thoughtfully stocked property we have ever stayed in. My son appreciated the toys and the books. There were even fun toys by the pool. The beds were comfortable and we had more than enough towels and linens. Extras like dish soap and laundry soap were thoughtfully provided. The house decor is home-like. My kid LOVED the Mickey Mouse bathroom, and asked to stay at this property again. And I want to mention again it was clean, as in spotless.

Great location

This is our second stay at this property and it is a very nice comfortable condo. Love the soaking pool, and convenient location to local attractions. Main pool/water park area is great for relaxing and family friendly. We ate at their grill, food was great and staff very friendly. All staff from gate security, welcome center and grill staff very helpful and friendly. No issues with the property was a wonderful stay.

Fun had by all!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My son's (6 and 9) enjoyed the private pool as well as bunking together in their own room! The house was clean and well furnished. The owners and property management was attentive and responded immediately! It was just a short walk to main pool, splash Pad and park. 100% would stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Our family of four had the absolute pleasure of staying at Andy’s condo for 11 nights. This was actually our first time booking through Vrbo, so I’ll admit—I was a little nervous going in. But Andy made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I found his listing and loved that it was super close to Disney, Walmart, and grocery stores—huge plus! I reached out with a few questions, and Andy was not only quick to respond, but also shared some really helpful tips for our trip.Our daughters (5 and 7) had been looking at the condo photos for months leading up to our vacation, and they were beyond excited to finally see “our house” in real life. It did not disappoint! The place was spotless, well taken care of, and had everything we needed—and then some. The girls were obsessed with the dollhouse and loved building little forts on the bunkbeds. They were also so excited to have their very own bathroom attached to their room—big deal for them!The pool was the perfect size and depth for the kids, and they couldn’t get enough of it. Morning and evening swims became part of our daily routine—and honestly, there were a few times they even asked to leave Disney early so they could go back and swim!My husband and I really appreciated being able to stick to some of our usual routines while on vacation. Another great visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Condo was great! Well appointed and very comfortable. Great location, easy to and from WDW. I probably had the best sleep I’ve had in awhile…bed was super comfortable!!! Couch was quite comfortable too. Great communication, would stay again without hesitation! Thanks for everything!

Perfect location, close to the parks, private pool

The condo was very close to the parks, clean, and the heated pool was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family of six. It was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, etc. If we visit the Disney parks again, we will definitely stay here.

Everything was great from the the start. Excellent communication, easy check in and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Stores were close by and the resort had so many fun activities for kids (most for free). We had a great time!

Great 1st family trip to Orlando

This was our first Disney/Universal trip and we absolutely enjoyed Andy’s house. He was very communicative and worked with us while Hurricane Milton moved through the area. There was plenty of space and bathrooms so everyone had their privacy after a long day at the parks. We highly recommend this place for any family vacation and plan on coming as soon as possible!

Must stay

The location was perfect! Places to eat and shop conveniently down the street. It felt like home away from with the amenities and furnishings for my family. The backyard pool was a blessing to soak in after the long day of walking around and when we weren’t out and about, the water slides and large pool were fun for the kids to enjoy.

Perfect for a large family!

We have 5 kids (ages 7-17) and needed an affordable option to visit Disney for a week. Honestly, this home is even nicer than the photos! It was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of kid-friendly areas and extras to use while there. Great communication with the hosts and managers, especially when the AC broke during our stay. The private pool right out the back was so convenient! Disney Parks were all within 15 Minutes away, with Walmart down the road for groceries and other restaurant options. We would love to come back!

It really was fantastic

Lovely property. Clean and comfortable with three en-suite bedrooms and an outdoor pool. The community facilities with shop, restaurant, pool and water park were a big hit with our granddaughters. Really convenient for the parks- Disney 15 mins and Universal 30 mins. Can’t wait to go back.
