Most of the items in the house were no working or broken. The stream of water flowing through the light fixture in the kitchen due to a leak in the upstairs bathroom really put the nail in the coffin for us. Management tried to help but was out of their hands and then the owner never bothered responding to our many messages until VRBO had to give us a refund because they would not respond to them either. HORRIBLE!

You can tell the property decor and design had a lot of care and thought put into it but it has not been maintained over time. Things in the home are worn and the baseboards are beat up. Screen going into the back patio was completely missing and we had several issues with toilets during our stay. All in all, our kids loved the property and enjoyed themselves which was most important. Great distance from the parks. The responsiveness from property managers was great.

Disappointed

We booked this listing for a couple of nights before heading to our final destination of St Augustine. Two days prior to our arrival I had requested that the hot tub be heated (which oddly was an additional fee… I mean, it is a hot tub). I didn’t get a response until after we had checked in and was told that the equipment was broke. I was offered 100 refund but it would have been nice to know prior to our arrival. The screen to the patio door is completely non existent, there was sawdust covering all of the patio and furniture on the second level. The first morning we discovered that the coffee making didn’t work and although there was also a keurig, we had bought ground coffee. Additionally, at least 2 of the lounge chairs on the pool deck were broke and we also found 2 nails on the pool deck. Thankfully no one stepped on them. I sent a message as I discovered the issues without a response. The house has potential to be a really great rental but needs to be maintained.

Disney Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is large and the neighbourhood is great. If you have children and our teenagers, they will truly enjoy this property. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The house could use some tender, loving care. The Wi-Fi isn’t so great and it takes a very long time for the hot water to heat up. As far as cleanliness, they were a few things that could have been cleaner the pool water looks green., The garbage can lid in the kitchen looks like it has never been cleaned. As far as location, you are really not far from Disney. I would say about 20 minutes, but the traffic is horrendous at all times of day, so it makes the drive to Disney much longer. Overall, the house is great for large parties.

A kid’s dream

Great house for kids and adults. The kids were occupied with all the games and especially the Minions room. The adults all had comfortable king beds and nice bathrooms. The location was a little far from Universal studios with traffic. Glad we stayed here!

Good House for a family group

Overall we had a good stay at Adam’s house. The listing was pretty accurate and everything was as advertised. We had some extended family with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our kids are in the pre teen/ teen range and they had plenty to do and enjoyed the pool.

Big Amazing House, but……

We stayed at this property from November 14–19, & while it has potential, a mix of positives & negatives impacted our experience.Pros•The owner was initially responsive, promptly fixing a broken king bed two days into our stay.•The property is spacious and offers multiple amenities, including a game room and a separate garage unit.• Plenty of towels were available, though distribution was uneven. •Location to parksCons•Insufficient supplies: No corkscrew in the kitchen, one partial roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels per kitchen, and limited trash bags.•Maintenance issues:•Refrigerator didn't maintain safe temperatures (reaching 24F and 55F) despite repeated reports. •Broken posts on safety fence around pool.•Master bathroom door was broken and has been unresolved for years according to previous reviews.•Damp carpet behind the air hockey table, suspect leaking A/C.•Only two pool cues with pool table, one with a broken tip. •No laundry detergent for the required start of a load upon leaving.•Communication gaps: After Saturday night, the owner stopped responding to follow-ups about the refrigerator, despite earlier responsiveness.Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of attention to stocking, consistent communication, and necessary maintenance made our stay less enjoyable. With these issues addressed, it could be a much better experience.

Family DevOCEAN

We had a 4 generation vacation and this home was able to accommodate all of us. The space was great, the kids loved their room, and there was a lot at the house for entertainment. We went to several parks, out to eat several times, golfing, and an escape room. I don’t think anything was more than 30 minutes from the house. Several of us love to golf and the resort has 3 nice challenging courses. We used the pool everyday and really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day at the parks.

Nice child friendly layover

We spent the night here on our way down to the Keys. We were pleasantly surprised by the awesome theater and video game console. The children’s Minion room was fantastic. The only thing I would say is the cleanliness could be improved a bit. The host was very amenable and easy to get in touch with.
