On the first floor, a cozy bedroom awaits, featuring a comfortable full-size bed. It's the ideal retreat for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure.

As you ascend the stairs to the upper level, prepare to be amazed by the master bedroom. This spacious haven boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Indulge in the ultimate comfort and privacy, rejuvenating both body and soul. The third bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a full bed and twin bunk, providing versatile sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages. The fourth bedroom also offers a full bed and twin bunk, ensuring ample space for a restful night's sleep. Every detail has been considered to ensure your utmost comfort and relaxation.

Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

Spacious and perfect for families

Very nice. Clean, spacious and close to all attractions. No amenities like trash bags or other basics. Also, putting the trash bin next to the door in each unit attracted rats. We saw quite a few while there.

Overall the home was nice and pretty well located. The home was a little far of a drive for universal studious, mainly due to horrible traffice during normal commute hours. But it was a good price for a good home.

Decent stay

The property/neighborhood was nice. Kids loved the pool. It was slightly farther away from our destinations than we anticipated. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider staying again.

Disappointing

The property was clean-ish. There are no hand towels provided for any bathroom. Only 1 towel for the kitchen and zero potholders. The rugs were pretty visibly filthy. The dishwasher had a wheel broken off. There were ants in the kitchen. Rooms were comfortable and beds were arranged as advertised. Biggest disappointment was the pool. The heater was not functional so we basically had no pool for our stay. Management was slow to take care of the problem and ineffective to find a solution in our stay (of almost a week).

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

The townhouse itself was beautiful. Decor, cleanliness, furnishings, etc. All were great. Plenty of space to host a group of friends/family who were getting together to celebrate a birthday. The listing is NOT in Reunion which is what I had thought I was booking and it is NOT a HOME with private pool. It is a townhouse and I did not see that listed on the reservation anywhere. While the listing is misleading the place itself is amazing and the resort is very nice. I would stay again.

The house was plenty big enough for the 10 of us. The beds need new mattresses, the pool is small but nice, there is a broken chair on the patio. I thought the complex was a little far from grocery store and restaurants, half hour drive to parks or just about anything. We did not use the water park but it looked awesome. I would probably just get a house with a bigger pool closer to 192 and the parks next time.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for a long weekend getaway with my family (husband and 9 month old baby) and friends. There was plenty of room for all of us. Access to the Oasis Club allowed us to enjoy the lazy river, splash pad, and pool each morning. It was great to come back to the house in the afternoon to relax and then jump in the pool at the house later in the day. We didn't need to worry about finding any other attractions as this was all we needed. The location had easy access to stores and restaurants for meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

The property was nice and exactly as described. The title of the property is “luxury”. There are a few things that could take this property from good to luxury. As described, there are exactly 8 towels, 3 hand towels, and 4 beach towels. The bath towels were very thin and so was the toilet paper. There was no bath rugs or additional towels to put on the tile floor. There is a very large window in the shower that overlooks the street and is across from the other two story townhomes. I am 5’8” and my husband is 6’2”. It would be nice for you to consider frosting the glass or adding blinds for a little more privacy. The ac stopped working while we were there. The mgt team was very responsive and sent people over to repair it asap. Overall, the property bedrooms and layout was great for our family.

Great Place for Families

Beautiful place to get away with the family. Space to move, downstairs bedroom very nice for those who struggle with stairs, and pool is just the right size to splash and relax. Most of the beds are great - larger beds in the themed rooms, you can feel you are sleeping on boards. Also, stairs are quite steep - not really a critique, just an fyi if some in your party struggles with stairs. Overall, would recommend for sure.

Fall Vacation

Townhome was as advertised. Spacious and well maintained. And in many respects better. Surprised at how comfortable the beds were. That’s not the usual in short term rental. Very quite neighborhood too. Great location for theme park visits or just getting away. On site water park was great for kids and adults. This is now our go-to location for our Orlando visits.

Great Value, Be Informed of the Little Things

This was a great place and we would 100% book it again. The location is about 20 minutes from the Disney area, which is fine for us and has plenty of restaurant and store offerings close by. The property was very clean and up to date, check-in was easy, but it is the little things not mentioned that took us a little by surprise. Listing here so you can come prepared. *Toilet Paper - ultra-thin, very cheap. *Towels - bare minimum provided based on head count, NO EXTRAS and not even a bath mat for safety when getting out of the shower/tub wet or even one hand towel. Only one washcloth per bathroom, not per person. *Check-Out is immediately at 10:00am! We attempted to unlock the door literally 30 to 60 seconds past that to grab our remaining bags and were locked out! We had to call and wait for a new code to get in, which was taken care of in 10-15 minutes. *Televisions appear to be streaming only, but we could not find where this was listed. We could not get cable on any of them (one in each bedroom + living room) and are tech savvy. We could stream with our own platform memberships or phones. When asked about through the VRBO app we got a quick reply that their maintenance team only works until 5PM so would not be available until the next day, so we told them to forget it as it was not our primary reason for being there. *Coffee filters are not provided, but a maker is, so bring some along.

Disney trip

Townhome was great for our family. The size and layout worked great for our family of 5. Only thing I would change is the window in master shower. Just a bit awkward taking a shower with outside being able to see. If you are 6 feet or under it is just your head in the window but any taller and you start getting shoulders and below in window. Overall it is a great townhome for our visit to Disney.
