Spring Break Getaway

This was a beautiful property all within walking distance of the clubhouse. Conveniently located outside of Orlando. The check in process was a bit confusing and you have to check in to the ClubHouse everyday.It would have been nice if the resort provided a map of the entire place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again if traveling to the area.

Great vacation

Three weeks of Florida fun begun with us arriving at Storey Lakes after a long flight, and it was an excellent start to the vacation after we opened the door to the condo. Clean, spacious and modern! Everything was as described in the listing, the virtual concierge was a nice added touch. We had no issues at all throughout the stay. Storey lakes is in a great location for visiting the parks, and has many local amenities such as publix, Walmart, Starbucks etc. Thank you IHM for the great communication and excellent condo, we will definitely book with you again on our next Florida vacation.

not great

we use vrbo a lot and this is the first time we have had multiple issues. First the reservation emails and messages kept changing the unit rented. We had to call to confirm and communication is difficult. When we arrived the floors were very dirty, and there was soap on both the shower curtain and the walls of the shower. There were no cleaning products in the entire unit. There was one dishwasher tablet for a 6 nite stay. There wasn’t even one bit of laundry detergent. I understand some people abuse supplies but at least some cleaning supplies should be available. There was so much animal hair on the chairs outside we were covered in it when we sat outside. Also all the sheets were pilly and the master bed sink so bad to one side I almost rolled off. The unit was very noisy. You could hear the upstairs neighbors throughout the entire night. For the amount charged for this unit I would expect much more. would not recommend.
