Look at This, too! Fun in the Sun for Everyone!

Sweetwater Club is a resort condominium with a variety of activities to suit all ages. The condominium is located off route US192 and minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios.

The condominium is privately owned, well-appointed, and maintained. It has all the comforts of home, except we do the cleaning after your stay. The condominium features a 3bed/2 bath unit with full kitchen, Living room, dining area and all amenities. We have similar upper and lower floor units.

Nearby are : Theme Parks, Golf, Fishing, 24 hour Supermarkets, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, and Horse Riding. For more attractions, including beaches, the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts are one hour drive in either direction.

This place accommodated our family well. The house was big and fit 6 of us perfectly. The house was kept clean. The only recommendation I would have is that there are a few things that could be done such as paint and ceilings. No bugs or pest problems. Thank you so much for everything, we really enjoyed our stay

No frills but great homebase

The neighborhood was close to everything. The condo had enough space for our family. The pool and hot tub were nice. The unit is older but is well kept up. You could hear the upstairs neighbors. We would stay again.

Unit needs deep cleaning ! Garbage disposal didn’t work, dishwasher was full of dirty nasty dishes. Smelt awful, we did contact owner she said it would be taken care of it wasn’t and no one called to check to see if it was infact taken care of. Upstairs neighbors were so LOUD!! Almost felt at times it was intentional! Location was great pool was nice. Price was good

Home away from home

This condo was very clean and spacious nothing short of description. My family stayed 5 nights here the property is well kept, kids enjoyed the pool and my son enjoyed the fitness center, game room etc..Fay was easy to access if needed. Kitchen was on a point for cooking home cooked meals, Very comfortable space. My only complaint would be the WiFi I have teens and they couldn’t connect once they were in their room. 2nd, condo could use paint touch ups and few repairs. Other than that nice place would stay again considering repairs are done. Thanks again

We all got sick from the mold and mildew, 1 family member has Pneumonia

I learned a valuable lesson here. Get what you pay for. Was not at all happy with the cleanliness. Very noticeable stains on the carpet. Excessive dust behind all the beds. The ceiling fan in the 2 twin bed room couldn't be used. We had to go purchase a pedastal fan because it was also too hot in that one room to not use a fan. The rest of the home cooled nicely. There is mold in the master bath in the window, on the curtains, on the ceiling. Made it the whole time not seeing bugs inside, but we also weren't there much. As I'm stripping the beds to prepare to leave, a roach flew out of one of the twin bedsheets. The smell of mildew throughout had us buying camdles and air fresheners. I've rented many times with vrbo. This is my worst experience. I definitely will not be using this place again. Water heater worked well. Washer did an ok job. Sink sprayer didn't work. Garbage disposal sounds like it's going to need to be replaced soon. Didn't use the dishwasher. I prefer to hand wash my dishes. Finding the washrags was like easter egg hunting though. An overall very unorganized host with little concern for renter's health.

Perfect condo for family of 3

Perfectly set condo in a quiet neighborhood, close to all downtown attractions. Condo itself is immaculate! The owners have very nice detailed instructions inside laid out to make everything very simple. Beautiful up to date interior. Super clean and sanitized which was a plus!! My 3yr old son loved the little lizards that are all around outside. Perfect place to book for a trip to FL. This was our first time to there and next time we visit I'll definitely check to see if it's available to book here again!!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay. The condo is very big and roomy. The beds were amazingly comfy and the bedding was nice and clean when we arrived. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom which our kids just loved. There were typically only two or three people at the pool at any given time and there were a few times we had it all to ourselves. Our kids had a great time playing in the pool. The parking is very convenient, we parked directly outside our door. Check-in was very easy and we had no problems during out stay. The only issue we had was that there was mold in the en-suite bathroom. I think this should be fixed as we weren't able to really use that bathroom due to such. But the other bathroom was fine, so this didn't cause us any real issues and we were still very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay, close to parks

The apartment is great, it is very well maintained has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We were 3 adults and 2 children (10 & 11) and there were plenty of room for all. Location is great, very close to the parks (15 min) and places of interest (supermarket, gas station, stores) and in a very quit neighborhood so there is no unwanted noise coming from traffic.

Fine location for holiday

The vacation house was suitable for our family needs. It was reasonably clean and a fine location for our Disney trip. The kids enjoyed the pool on our days at the rental. As expected from previous reviews, the rental needs updating and some care (e.g. the window blinds are old). We had what we needed, though. The wifi worked fine, as did kitchen appliances. Overall, this was not a luxury stay, but we didn't expect it would be. The house could use some updating and care, but it was also fine for our week there and what we paid. Fay was easy to communicate with.

All star worlds

This place was exactly what we were looking. Our own separate spaces to decompress after long days at the Orange County convention center for cheer competitions. Had everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub were also a hit!

Great Location

We had 5 people staying here and found it to be a great spot. The unit is located close to a main road but we didn’t find it to be a problem. It was overall very quiet and close to amenities on Irlo Bronson. The unit was overall pretty well stocked with soaps, spices, kitchen supplies, etc. My only two minor issues - it would’ve been helpful to have a starter laundry detergent (similar to the dishwasher/kitchen soap, bath supplies) and the WiFi didn’t work well in the King bedroom. We would stay again. Thank you!

November getaway

The property was very clean and comfy. For only three of us it was very spacious. The location was good for the stuff we did. Not to far from shopping at Disney springs. Would definitely stay again.

So this is a cute place but…

The upstairs neighbors were up all night long… walking like elephants. The cleaning was good but they used way too much rug cleaner that it smelled over powering for the time we were there. The internet is def not for streaming… we left a day early due to the neighbors…. They were very loud and inconsiderate… the place over all was ok…
