Look at This! Fun in the Sun for Everyone!

  • Sweetwater Club is a resort condominium with a variety of activities to suit all ages. The condominium is located off route US192 and minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.

    The condominium is privately owned, well-appointed and maintained. It has all the comforts of home, except we will clean after your stay. The condominium features a full kitchen, dining table & chairs, carpeted & ceramic tile floor and a spacious cathedral ceiling living room. The living room and all bedrooms are furnished with its own cable TV. Wireless Internet is included. We also have similar lower floor Unit.

    One fully furnished bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bath and walkout balcony. The fully furnished second bedroom has a queen-size and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condominium will easily accommodate up to 6 people.

    A management company is available for assistance during your stay. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. E-mail for additional information and photos.

Great home away from home. Close to all the theme parks. The pool and hot tub in the housing development were particularly refreshing at the end of the day. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was very nicely furnished and accommodating. The wearher was not so accommodating, however. The only problem we had was the games provided. Rummikub was missing 16 tiles and Cribbage was missing the pegs. I realize this is more so due to prior guests, but maybe a refurbishing of the games would be in order.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location.

Great place, we have stayed there twice now. Clean and everything there for your needs. The pool and recreation center is only opened 9am to 9 pm now. Was the only little bad thing if you like to get up early and use the gym you can’t. Other than that it was great. Thanks for another fun family getaway to make memories

Disney Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect for four adults and two children. A short and easy drive on the Disney parks and one day we spent at the complex pool and grilled dinner.

Overall we had a great time staying at this property, although it is a little dated now, the property was clean, there was plenty of everything like towels, bedding, cutlery, cups and plates etc. We took advantage of the pool and gym. The resort was quiet and offered everything we needed for our business trip.

Clean, Comfy…Update

We had a comfortable and clean time at this property. The amenities are nice and available. The location was a deal for places to eat and travel.I would highly recommend an update to the bathrooms (old small toilets) and white sheets for all the bedding. It just creates more trust and a better overall feel.Thank you for your hard work and maintenance

Sweetwater circle condo

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks vacation, the kids loved the apt and didn’t want to leave. It was very spacious, quiet, neat, well put together. I will definitely stay here again. Overall a very, very nice place for the cost. Convenient. Overall clean, though the bathroom tile had some ‘stuff’ stuck to it, not mentioning what. Very spacious place! Huge closets. One room, the light switch for the lamp didn’t work so had to plug and unplug. Could not get any of the TV’s to work. Beds were not comfortable, but bedding was very clean, with ample pillows and blankets. Had starter supplies and wide variety of stocked dishes and utensils. Had a lot of books for those that enjoy reading. I would definitely stay again; the value was great- just could use a few improvements.

Our 3rd Time

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this same property over the last few years and we were just as happy as previous visits. For us it's a good location, 15 ~ 20 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal (depending on the traffic lights, compared with the UK we seemed to spend a long, long time waiting for red lights to turn green !) The condo is spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location, all at a good price. We will definitely use it again if available for our next visit to Orlando / Kissimmee.
