Large pool with jacuzzi, near the Disney attractions!!

Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Davenport. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Comes with two Large master bedroom with private bathroom. Third bedroom comes with a queen bed. Fourth and Fifth bedrooms comes with 2 twin beds on each bedroom. The pool area is amazing, you will have a lot of fun with family and friends.
It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a basketball court and community pool.. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants!

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours every day from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
Surveillance cameras on the entrance.
BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

Mostly positive stay

More spacious than we expected! Five bedrooms, three baths. Patio area was amazing!TV in master bedroom wouldn’t connect to WiFi, dishwasher wouldn’t work, only five usable patio chairs/chaises. Several were dry rotted and broken. Advertised a hot tub and pool. I declined to heat the pool, unaware that if you don’t heat the pool, the hot tub is not heated. We made the best of it and had a really good time. Would definitely rebook if issues are resolved.

Do not rent this home!!!

This is not just another bad review! This is a warning! Do not I repeat do not rent this home! It is extremely outdated, carpets are filthy, jacuzzi doesn’t work. They charge you for the heated pool and turn it on after you send themNumerous messages about it and the pool takes about 12-14 hours so I can actually get warm, was a whole day and a half without being able to use it! House is literally falling apart everywhere you see it , old stained furniture, broken pool tile inside of the pool!! About to break patio chairs you can’t even sit on because you will finish breaking them! Really bad Black mold in all of the Kitchen area which is a very bad safety hazard as we suffer from asthma!! One of the master bedrooms was advertised as having a king size bed and it’s actually a full bed!! And the bathroom in that room has a plumbing issue which causes that whole side of the house to smell like sewage!! We couldn’t even use the room! House looks like it’s been abandoned or going through foreclosure and they are trying to get every little money out of it! Because no professional cleaner or maintenance takes care of the house! Pay the extra 200 somewhere else and avoid the stress! You’ve been warned!

Bad experience ever

I have never done a review like this but my family and I were hoping to have a nice weekend and from the first moment of check in everything went wrong, we arrived at the house sitting down and there was another family with the same rent and the same confirmation email. We tried to contact Angie and she did not answer the phone and then between one message and another she took a while and we were outside in the cars with the children. After a while she sent us to a new house which had accounting with one room less than the one we had rented, dirty sheets and cockroaches in the bathroom. I asked her for a refund since I had one room less and I had to buy a mattress to be able to check everything, at the moment she told me yes and then after a week I am still waiting for it and she tells me that it would only be 48 because I did not leave the mattress that we bought on her property. I find it a total lack of respect after so many inconveniences. Pay close attention to the reviews and be very careful with the houses you rent. From the beginning it seemed strange to me because he told me to pay through PayPal instead of vrbo, which was where I rented it. That had never happened to me before.

**Title: A Complete Scam – Stay Away from This Property!**I’m absolutely livid with my experience at this VRBO rental. I booked this place because of the advertised heated pool and jacuzzi. Guess what? Neither were heated, and the jacuzzi was nonexistent! I reached out several times to ask for the pool heat to be turned on and even requested a cancellation, but was ignored. Finally, after so much frustration, the management told me the pool heat was “unavailable.” What a joke!It feels like a complete scam. Not only did they mislead me with the pool and jacuzzi, but they only let you book through PayPal, making it impossible to get a refund. VRBO should **NOT** allow this property to be listed on their site. It honestly feels like VRBO is complicit in the scam. Save your money and sanity — stay far away from Orlando Vacation Rentals. This place is a rip-off, and I’m warning others not to make the same mistake I did. Do not trust them!

Don't stay here

Trash was never emptied. Recycling never emptied. Management gave us wrong trash days. House smelled of sewage due to 3rd bathroom toilet not bolted down. Called daily for maintenance with no answer and no replies. They never showed up to fix after a week of calling
