Lakefront presidential suite / resort pool

It has taken 5 years and roughly 3/4 of a million dollars me and my wife have hand built almost everything you see here with our own two hands.

I grew up the son of an artist and you will see why. From the moment you pull up, you can't miss our house. Once you get out of the car you will feel like you stepped into your favorite Japanese steakhouse koi pond. This 3000 gallon koi creation inspired by the floating steps at the xcaret in Mexico, were built the same time as the big luxury resort pool it is 1800 sq ft of concrete with a 10' wide 5' high grotto Hugh Hefner is jealous of.

Our guest suite offers complete privacy from the main house with a separate entrance accessible through the laundry room or the private bathroom. Inside the suite we built a floating king, a recliner couch, and a 40 amp level II Lectron E.V. charging station. You can come say hi or do your own thing there are +20 different outdoor places/activities to do in the backyard, there are the following:

1. 2nd story "volleyball referee chair"
2. The lower volleyball cabana seats 4
3. Pool cabana west
4. Pool cabana east with gas firepit (the Trey lounge)
5. 4 high end sun lounges where you can work on your tan!
6. The lakeside hammocks
7. The dockside lounge under the boathouse roof feel free to move chairs or lounges
8. The dockside open air lounge
9. The lakeside cabana / soon to be an outdoor pool table
10. The lakeside ping pong area
11. The lakeside real wood fire pit
12. The 6x6 sand volleyball court with AVP certified sand that was trucked here from Davenport

All watersports activities listed below should always wear a life jacket found on the dock in the white deck box.We have lifejackets for all shapes and sizes and Florida law states you should be wearing one. Paddles are located under the roof of the dock with the fishing rods.

Please note that this rental does not include the main house that's where we sometimes are! OR other guests that we give the opportunity to experiance our home that doesn't exist a second time. The covered patio is private to us or the guest that is renting the main house.

The main house is where we reside or other guests are statying, please don't walk straight through our front door, see check-in instructions your door is to the left. Your privacy is ensured with locked doors and two separate entrances. The backyard is a shared space.

Kindly adhere to additional rules, including respectful use of the shared backyard amenities with our neighbor within the Compound. After 11 pm, we appreciate keeping noise levels to a minimum.

Regarding guests, the pricing is based on 2 people occupying the space. We do aime the host couples and individual travelers.

Pets:
To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly request adherence to our guidelines. A pet fee of $50 per pet for the entire stay applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (breaching this rule incurs a $200 charge). Dangerous breeds are not permitted due to insurance limitations and the love of our life Vicii. Prior notification of your pet's presence is appreciated. Please remove removable rugs in areas accessible to your pet and clean up after them. Leash your dogs until they have met the other dogs on the property. Our dog loves all colors and sizes.

-Lawn, cleaning, maintenance, or pool people may come to the property to do maintenance to ensure guests a comfortable stay. If we need access inside we will always call or message first.
