This 12-bedroom Orlando retreat sleeps up to 36 guests with 12 private suites — every bedroom has its own attached full bathroom — a theater room, game room, heated pool, hot tub, and space designed for family reunions, Disney vacations, and large group celebrations. No waiting, no hallway sharing, no compromise. Just one home that handles everything.



This home sleeps up to 36 guests across 12 bedrooms — and what makes it genuinely different is this: every single bedroom has its own private, attached full bathroom. No hallway sharing, no fighting for mirror time. Large families and multi-family groups actually function here without friction.



The layout spans two floors. On the main floor, four king suites each have a private en-suite bath. Upstairs, three king rooms and three queen rooms all have their own bathrooms, plus a second living area. Two themed kids' rooms — Lion King and Mickey Safari — each sleep eight on full-over-full bunk beds, with their own bathrooms too. There's also a half bath in the backyard for easy pool access.



Three separate gathering areas let adults and kids spread out comfortably:



• The main living room and dining area seat 16 at the table, with five additional bar stools and a dedicated remote work area



• The theater room for movie nights



• The garage game room for rainy afternoons or late nights



The kitchen is built for groups: two full refrigerators, two dishwashers, a full oven and stovetop, and seating for 21. Big breakfasts, catered dinners, or late-night snacks — this kitchen can handle it.



Outside, the pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained. Optional pool heating is available for $65/day (request at least 72 hours in advance — a $85 convenience fee applies for later requests). The backyard also includes a playset and outdoor games, and bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood — perfect for families wanting to stay active between pool days.

While we do offer a grill option as an amenity, please note that there is an extra charge for that. We learned quickly that the conditions of grills in this Florida weather deteriorate quickly. For same-day bookings, housekeeping may still be finishing near the standard check-in time. A later check-in can be arranged if needed.
