The house was dressed up for Christmas and looked nice but other things were not taken care ofI paid 180 for pool heat but the pool heat pump had been removed probably years ago So we couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold The so called games room was locked and had no Access so we couldn’t use that The hot water was only warm and the light in the shower was out and needed replacing The light in the swimming pool didn’t work and several lights on the porch didn’t work I paid for 4 days and stayed 2 so I ended up paying a lot of money with all the extra fees and insurance and everything else and didn’t enjoy it one bit I finally got back my pool heat fee and my security deposit But that wasn’t the point the House wasn’t as advertised and the management company had excuses for everything When I told them the pool heater was missing They said that’s being replaced next week When I asked about the games room they said that the house is going through major renovations and the games room is out of bounds Funny as nothing was mentioned at time of booking otherwise I wouldn’t have booked and would have gone somewhere else It was a very disappointing trip and I will not make the same mistake again
