La casa está también situada a 5 minutos del campo de Golf Championsgate (PGA)
Se puede también encontrar muchos otros campos de golf dentro un radio de 15km
Restaurantes y centros comerciales cercanos (el más cercano es 5min)
Se recomienda visitar el Outlet que se encuentra en la carretera 192 donde podrán encontrar descuentos de grandes marcas.

La residencia tiene una pista de tenis gratuita.

Una empresa viene una vez a la semana para limpiar la piscina y también se encarga del mantenimiento del jardín. También se encarga de la limpieza de toda la casa antes de la llegada del nuevo inquilino.

Fantastic house in a lovely quiet location 20 mins from Disney. Everything at the house you could need . Pool and outside area superb. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Shops and restaurants 5mins away at Championsgate. Great communications from owner when booking and before arrival. Key in key box so easy to get access on arrival after long flight. Easy 30 minute drive from Orlando MCO. Fantastic 3 weeks there and would return again without hesitation.

Yard and pool are greatVery dated house. Pool control panel came over on the mayflower. The instructions were good though. Carpet is pretty terrible on bare feet. See other reviews. Beds are not comfortable at all. Basically the same complaints everyone else is leaving but they’re not getting resolved. Air conditioning is locked at 72 degrees. Not NEARLY cold enough for Florida. I was advised on day one that they had just turned it on and it would cool. It didn’t cool down until well after midnight each day and barely achieved the set temp by morning. We left lights off and blinds closed while we were gone all day and the temp was still 76 when we got home. There is no reason the house should get hotter while the ac is running. Unless it’s not a big enough unit for the house. It was pretty miserable the whole stay. I did reach out and was met awkwardly in the back yard by the manager’s helper. She lives right behind the house. Didn’t get much help and figured I would get more of the same so I didn’t ask for more help. Probably will look elsewhere next time we are in the Orlando area.

The house was amazing! It was clean and located close to Disney. We loved the pool and all the pool chairs that were around the pool. We wished it had more dishwasher pods and garbage bags so we left a box behind for the next people. That was the only thing that was wrong so really nothing was wrong. This would be a place to go back to and stay again. My family didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful house

We came for 10 days and we had a blast. We were at most of parks most of the time but when we were home 10 year-old loved swimming in the pool and having lunch on the little bar in the pool, very relaxing and communication with owner was amazing.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was accurately described in the reviews. Outdoor space and pool were great. Plenty of space inside and nicely furnished kitchen. Previous reviews of the “hard” carpeting are correct. It’s like walking on rope with a basket weave pattern. Also, some of the mattresses should be replaced in the near future. Overall, a nice relaxing vacation and we would consider staying there again.

Gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr schön. 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Konnten uns praktisch unser Schlafzimmer raussuchen. Es war alles sauber und vorhanden. Am Anfang haben wir das mit der pool und whirlpool Heizung nicht gecheckt. Unserer Vermietung geschrieben die prompt jemanden geschickt hat. Super netter Kontakt. Auch das wir etwas länger im Haus bleiben durften am letzten Tag war sehr hilfreich. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen

House review

House was very clean and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was nice. We had issues with the air conditioner and they did not hesitate to fix the problem. The only bad thing about the house was the carpet was very hard on your feet especially after walking in the amusement parks all day. Just make sure to bring some soft house shoes and you will be fine. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great layout, Homely and Spacious Villa

Just had a great stay over Christmas and New Year at Loma Vista…A very well laid out property which suited us, our young children and grandparents very well. The Villa is well kitted out, homely and set in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, complimented by friendly and helpful neighbours. The rear outside space, gardens inc. the drivewayare lovely and well maintained. The pool is nice and large with a lovely deep end, along with swim up stools and bar top. The property could be improved in a few areas, with most beds requiring new mattresses, in our opinion, but overall a very good set up for a few weeks in Florida. The Disney resorts are technically only 30 mins away, but the daily heavy traffic on state highway 400, traveling in both directions, led to most tips being well over an hour. This could just be the time of year, but after staying in Kissimmee previously, and regularly checking other main roads in the area, we feel the location was not ideal, due to that almost unavoidable Freeway. We struggled to find another clear route at any time of day, concluding that Kissimmee would have been a better location, when traveling to Disney or Universal. Clearly this is not the fault of the hosts, but it is worth keeping in mind, depending on travel plans while in Orlando. Communication with the host was great on the lead up and while staying in the Villa. We would highly recommend the Villa but a little investment would level it with other Villas nearby.

Parfait !

Nous avons vraiment aimé passer nos vacances dans cette Villa ! Le quartier est calme et propre. La villa et la piscine sont assez grandes pour 8 personnes. Tout le monde y trouve sa place ! La villa est très bien située proche d'Orlando qui est une ville où vous trouverez toujours une activité à faire aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Nous avons fait un très bon choix en choisissant cette villa !

2024 Family Vacation

Great location for quick access to Disney Parks. We travelled to Clearwater for a couple of days and again great access to highway. Very comfortable Villa with everything you would need. Pool and deck were bigger than we have had before so enjoyed the space. Supermarket and restaurants very close by.

Wonderful Villa

We stayed for 28 days , the villa is lovely, very clean, well looked after, bright and cheery , lots of towels, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need, the washer takes a really big load, outside area and pool has been the best I have had. I was very happy and would love to return for another stay in the future.

Absolutely loved it! It was definitely home from home - apart from it being so warm and having a pool! The welcome gift that my uncle arranged with Michelle was awesome! It was a spacious villa and we all had space! Would highly recommend as is not too far from the Disney parks! The carpets are hard on bare feet so would recommend flip flops! Relaxing Vacation

Location is very good and easy to find. Many stores at a 15 mins distance or less, Loved the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and the pool very nice as well. One thing I do recommend walk with flip flops or socks because there’s a floor (bamboo maybe) it’s very rough and hurts the bottom of your feet. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for everything!

Good home with amazing pool

We had a good stay. The location was good. The neighbours behind were a little loud but I am sure that can happen anywhere an it was only during the day. The house was clean. Beds were not comfortable - very firm (Twin beds were good). Flooring was a little hard on the feet - bamboo I believe. One room didn't have a fire stick, but we made due without it. The house was well equipped. Bring a garbage bag or two as there was only the one in the bin. You are responsible to put garbage and recycling out. Overall it was a great place to stay. Location was close to amenities. We would stay there again

Very enjoyable stay

We spent a lot of time hanging out at this property in between trips to Disney etc. It was very welcoming when we arrived late in the day and there was a light on in the entryway. Plenty of seating indoor and out, which is often a challenge for our family of seven. We really loved the outdoor living space and the pool has a lot of privacy from plantings. Very nice landscapingng out front, also. Master bed is very firm so not as good for side sleepers like my husband and I but you will probably really like if you are a back sleeper. We were a little concerned on arrival when we saw we could not lower a/c below 71 because we like it pretty frigid when we come to Florida but house was actually very cool and comfortable. Has excellent layout with lots of room for kids while giving parents some privacy. Really enjoyed our time!

Sister Getaway

The 4 bedroom home was exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and private. The outdoor lanai was an ideal setting for playing cards and board games. The management company provided personalized service to an internet challenge, which was resolved in a timely manner.

Great getaway near Disney

Location is great except for the construction that was on going that doubled the amount of time going to and from the parks and airport. The home itself was lovely. We had a problem with the spa the first day but the hosts had a pool person out promptly to fix the issue. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The neighborhood was quiet.
