The elegant surroundings at Tuscana Condominium Villa Resort will make you feel at home.

Tuscana Club House is available for guests use during the day or evening. The clubhouse features a large state of the art 25 seat movie theater exclusively for your entertainment. The cinema is a cool and comfortable place for the whole family to gather with friends and watch a movie. You can also drop the kids off at the cinema and we will play a Disney movie while you go relax by the pool and have a refreshing beverage. This room can also be reserved for a small meeting or conference.

Inside the club house is our large fully equipped fitness center. Work out on our state of the art fitness equipment while watching TV or listening to music. Everything you need to relax or rejuvenate.

Need to check your e-mail or print a document? Our club house Business Center is open daily. High speed internet access and a printer are available complementary for our guests.


Minnie's Fun Spot: Come stay in our beautifully decorated three bedroom condo. This condo is located on the top floor with a view over the main pool area. We offer free internet use, cable tv and a fully stocked kitchen. Our condo is located directly across from the clubhouse and pool. We have laundry in the condo. Televisions are featured in all bedrooms as well as a 42' flat screen in the main living area.

This condo has been renovated to feature hardwood flooring and ceramic floors throughout. Plenty of seating on the over sized balcony that overlooks the main pool area and clubhouse.

Great first use of VRBO

Great 3 bd condo with building right next to pool. Had zero issues, everything worked as advertised. First time vrbo user, so if I can do it, anyone can. Way better than any hotel, can’t beat the price, owner was in contact with me to help with questions I had. Great experience highly recommended.

Family FL vacation

We loved the condo! There was plenty of room for all our kids (we have 4 teens) so that was wonderful! Plus they loved the pool area when we were not at the local theme parks. I would definitely stay here again & encourage others to stay here as well!

A Tale of Two Condos

1st - the pictures no longer represent the current look of the condo. There is no view of the pool from the screened in porch because trees obscure the pool. The furniture is rather out of date though the mattresses are quite comfortable. The are large holes in the screening on the porch. The pictures show a bar area and a restaurant but none of that is there. 2nd - When we arrived, the gate was open so we went to the building where our unit was located. The elevator did not work and our condo was on 4th floor! Went to the front desk. She said no one had reported it (though people told us it had been out for over a week) and that they could do nothing, it was an HOA issue. She did report it. We contacted the management company and we emailed the owner. We were very explicit that my husband has two knee replacements and a heart stent and walking up flights of stairs was not an option. Had it not been for neighbors and people who worked at the property, we would have never gotten our belongings to the condo. Next morning, there were four trucks there fixing the elevator and the lights in the elevator. 3rd - The door lock is not complicated but the code did not work at first. It required a second code. 4th - There is a musty smell, especially in the bathrooms and at the sink. I bought some Pine Sol and plug in air fresheners and that helped. 5th - I don’t know how often sheets and mattress covers are changed when they think no one has slept on them. I noticed an odor in the bedroom with bunks and the twin bed. Checking I found smelly sheets and pee stained mattress cover. I ended up washing everything in all three bedrooms. 6th - There are enough supplies for two dishwasher loads (the soap holder inside the dishwasher is broken), enough soap for two washers of clothes. We bought extra of everything, garbage bags, paper towels, bathroom tissue. 7th - Location is everything and location was great for everything we were there for - soccer at ChampionsGate. We always felt safe in our surroundings, there were great restaurants nearby and plenty of activities. I 4 is a nightmare but that is not the owners fault. Would I go back? Probably not because we won’t have a need to. Can we recommend it to someone? We are not sure about that. There needs to be some serious cleaning, blinds for example are caked with dust, light doesn’t work above the washer drier, hard to get the shower to work in the second bathroom. Badly in need of updating.

Overall a good place to stay. Great location and very close to the pool.

There was no gate code to get in when we first arrived. We were told by office worker that let us in that once you get to your condo/villa there is a gate card that can also be used at pool. Two cards were provided which was very convenient. Once settled in we did find that the living room remote didn’t work and the Xbox was missing the cord so my daughter couldn’t play it. We also couldn’t use the dishwasher because the soap holder was broken. Nothing we couldn’t work around. There was a good supply of things in the kitchen (pots, pans, cups, etc.). We asked to stay an extra day and the host was very responsive.

Property was as advertised. Clean. Comfortable beds. Location was great. Next to the pool. 4th floor was nice , no noise. Only drawback was totally dark elevator, which is not the owners responsibility.

Property was fairly clean - bathrooms smelled very musty. Check-in was difficult as we were given the wrong door code. We were also told that there was a gate code and that is not the case at this property. Please check things out carefully before you book.

Hot mess express! #1404

Ok, don't let my title fool you! I'm going to give the worst part of this review first and out of the way. The check in process is not as simple as stated, while you are staying in a gated community with a gate, there is no one on property to help you. We did not receive any check in details until 2 1/2 hours after I messaged them. THERE IS NO CODE TO GET IN GATE. A really nice maintenance worker told us the numbers no longer work and you have to have a card pass. There are 2 cards inside #1404 once you get into room in a binder. He let us in, but he didn't have to. So, if you arrive after hours, you're on your own and might have to sleep in your car. The front desk has NO ACCESS to this room. 😕 There is construction being done on this exit. Lots of stopped traffic! If you're a planner and get panicked when things go wrong, I'd consider staying somewhere else because of the construction. One way in and one way out only!! Not the resort fault, but kind of pain to have a 20 min drive take over an hour after an exhausting day at a theme park. Once we were in room it was reasonably clean. Lots of towels, extra sheets. The beds were SO COMFY!!! I slept great!! The A/C was nice and cold. This unit is on 4th floor, there is an elevator, so you don't have to climb the stairs, unless you're afraid of elevators so keep that in mind. The oven, stove and microwave worked. This is a condo and not a hotel, please remember that and you don't have a housekeeper cleaning up after you. Do it yourself and don't leave a bad review because you're lazy! You might need to run over to the grocery store, located down the street and pick up extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, your own laundry detergent abd groceries. They give a limited supply and it's not on them to stock it for you. When your trash is full, there are dumpsters, you have to find them. They always seemed full. The pool is nice and super clean. 👌

Trip for a dance convention

Overall, the condo was great. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen had what we needed to prepare basic breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Publix was right down the street, less than 2 minutes away. I did notice that the air filter desperately needed changing. The Tuscana property, where this condo is located, could use some TLC. Raccoons were an issue here, because others either living on property, or vacationing there, are too lazy to walk their garbage to the dumpsters, which is clearly stated on grounds. The back stairwell was covered in raccoon feces. I know this is not the problem of the owner of the condo we rented, but it is something that should be addressed. Also, the restaurant and bar that is pictured poolside is not even open, which was not a huge issue, but definitely would have been used while we visited. Also, the "access code" for entry doesn't exist. We lucked out when we arrived around midnight with the gate being open. The key card is located in the condo, which we didn't realize until a little later. Disney parks were not too far of a drive, 20 minutes away, which was perfect!
