The Space:

You step through the front door and feel the gentle Florida breeze drift through the open living space, while sunlight pools across the bright, airy rooms. A coffee cup in hand, you hear the soft hum of the air conditioner and the distant splash of the pool inviting you to unwind. Children’s laughter echoes from the game room where air‑hockey and foosball await, and the scent of fresh‑cooked breakfast drifts from the kitchen. As evening settles, the hot tub steams softly under the night sky, offering a quiet place to reflect on the day’s adventures.



Sleeping arrangements

The home provides six bedrooms across two levels, comfortably fitting up to twelve guests. Bedroom 1 (downstairs) features a Queen Bed for two. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each hold a King Bed for two. Bedroom 4 offers a Double bed and a One Single Bed, sleeping two. Bedroom 5 contains two Twin Beds for two, and Bedroom 6 includes a Queen Bed for two. All rooms come with bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, clothing storage, and hangers.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find a pool surrounded by outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging between swims. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, and a hot tub provides a soothing end‑of‑day retreat. Resort access at ChampionsGate lets you enjoy shared amenities such as additional pools, a lazy river, and a fitness center.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. A nearby dining table invites family meals, while children’s dinnerware and a high chair simplify feeding little ones.



Location

Located in Davenport’s The Retreat at ChampionsGate, the home sits just 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences are within easy reach, allowing you to balance outings with relaxed time at the house.



Additional details

The property is pet‑friendly and offers self‑check‑in via a smart lock. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer‑dryer support both short stays and longer visits. With spacious living areas, a dedicated game room, and resort amenities nearby, the home provides a flexible base for a memorable Florida getaway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
