The knockout bright blue exterior blends home and sky together, a cheerful welcome to the adventures to come. Step through the doors to immerse yourself the home’s interior where a tranquil coastal theme is woven in through the color palette, décor, and furnishings. Fall back into plush sofa seating in the living room as you stream a new movie or episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV, with convenient access to the patio just steps away. The well-appointed kitchen will indulge your inner chef to whip up delicious meals right from home, showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Gather together for formal meals at the elegant dining table with seating for 6, afterward hosting a competitive family game night. Step onto the enchanting third-floor balcony, providing an unparalleled vantage point to savor the breathtaking spectacle of Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Pack & play, high chair, and stroller for guest use at this home.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Commercial/recreational vehicles including boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Pet friendly! 2 pets maximum. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• In case of hurricanes, inclimate weather, or necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World and just 16 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. The nearby Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! Family Vacay 2025

This trip was for the kids graduating 8th grade. Everyone had their own room/bathroom This house had everything we needed and the beds made us sleep like babies. It was a lot of stairs, but the kids took the 3rd floor bedrooms. The owners have done a great job in making this property family friendly and feel like home. Very happy with our stay.
