Our 3 generation family of 12 had the best vacation ever in this big beautiful house. There was enough seating in the kitchen, living room, and pool area for all of us to be together for meals or fun — yet also plenty of areas for us to spread out for separate activities or quiet conversations. The free outside gas grill (which was so nice that several googled to find out where to buy one), plus free pool and hot tub heat were much appreciated, as were the 20 beach towels to use! We all loved having our own pool and hot tub. All the beds and furniture were comfy, and there were ceiling fans in all but the bunk room. Your kids will LOVE the giant Lite-Brite in the game room — it was a huge hit! The filtered water dispensed from the fridge was a huge savings for us, both in money and trips to the store.We will be back for another perfect vacation!

Lovely resort would absolutely stay here again. We were here for 5 weeks there was some maintenance issues but they were rectified as soon as they possibly could. The owner was just a whats app away so dealt with all issues. Outside seating area was the win for us.

The family enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool was great and the children enjoyed the toys supplied. The community area was nice and we would stay in this neighborhood again.

The house accommodated our group well and had plenty of space. One thing to note is that the dishwasher tablet compartment does not open properly, so we had to place the tablet in the bottom, and some dishes were not fully clean.

We had a great stay, the house was perfect to accommodate the family. The house was very clean, the pool and lanai area were inviting. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the nice weather and relaxing in the hot tub.

It worked perfectly for our family. The kids had so much fun with both pools. Our 7 year old grandson was swimming like a fish by the end of the week. And all of the adults especially enjoyed the hot tub and spacious living area and outdoor kitchen. We spent the most time out there.

Excellent resort!

Our family of 12 (ranging from 1yr to 65 yrs old) stayed for a week! House had everything we needed. Very child friendly. Resort pools were fantastic and location was so convenient!

Great house facilitated great holiday

Couldn’t have been happier with the house. Lovely outside grill area with good sized eating area. Kitchen was well stocked and meant we cooked 9 of 10 nights. Heated pool was a huge hit with the kids. Spacious, well appointed upstairs. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Location, Good Home

The home was good, but a couple of small challenges. The pool heat was set very high so it was almost like being in a hot tub. Jennifer was able to get it adjusted, later in the week however. There was also an issue with the upstairs AC that they were able to get repaired within a day which was appreciated. Part of the checkin says something to that effect of the ice maker works but if you use a lot of ice, buy some and put it in the freezer. That’s technically true, but the ice maker would make a single run/dump of ice maybe every 24 hours at best so it’s effectively useless. We’d be gone all day (8a-10p) to find still no ice from the previous night. A few of the light controls, remotes, and TV’s were quirky or didn’t ever work. The arcade game’s screen in the game room is faded and barely visible. The pool table had a decent hole in the felt in the middle of the table.Nothing that made the stay unpleasant and Jennifer was good to work with. We enjoyed our time and the home. Just a number of little quirks.

Couldn't Have Asked for More!

This vacation rental house near Disney was absolutely perfect for our family trip! The location couldn't be beat - an easy, short drive to the parks made getting to the magic quick and stress-free. The house itself was amazing, offering plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, providing a relaxing escape after long days at the parks. The owners were incredibly responsive to one issue we had, which we really appreciated. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

A great sanctuary for our Disney adventure!

This house was a delight to come home to after our long chaotic days at Disney parks. The listing is very accurate, everyone loved the pool. When we needed to contact the property owner / manager there was no struggles. Truly no major complaints!

Disney vacation

Overall the property was great! We did have a problem with the hot tub heating. The pool maintenance came twice and both times afterward the breaker for the heat was flipped. An easy correction but when I reached out to the host the first time I didn’t not get a response in regards to the heat not working. Thankfully my husband noticed it or we would have been really disappointed as we enjoyed the hot tub after the Disney parks each day. Overall great property and great neighborhood. We would look at staying in the neighborhood again while doing Disney

Great family reunion/Disney trip!

Our two families had a great time on our combo family reunion and Disney vacation trip. The house was a great size and fit our 11 comfortably. The pool was great and the hot tub was wonderful. Watching football from the hot tub was my personal favorite. The community pool and water slides were also a big hit with the kids. 30 minutes from the farthest park...We did not need much, but when I reached out to Jennifer she was super responsive. Hope to be back, thanks!

The property was exactly as stated on the listing. The owner was extremely responsive when I had questiona during our stay. We had a total of 9 people and it was extremly spacious for all of us. Beautiful getaway

We had a beautiful stay!! Everything we could have wanted was in this house. The house was true to all the pictures. The pool and spa heat are fantastic. So nice to come home from a long day at the parks to a warm pool and a hot spa. Jennifer, the host, is awesome. She responded immediately to all our questions. Overall highly recommended villa

Great Trip

This house was perfect for our family trip. The game room and the pool area was enjoyed by the entire family. The owner was quick to respond whenever we reached out and was always extremely helpful. We will definitely go back!

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property! We had 9 of us (4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-15) stay, with plenty of room for all. The location is very close to all the Disney parks, and not too far from the Universal parks. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days at the parks. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room as well. The house could use a little TLC in the form of a power wash. Otherwise, it is as advertised. The grill was a great addition to make cooking for 9 a breeze. Jennifer was very quick to respond when we needed to reach out for a quick adjustment to the a/c. All in all, it was an amazing getaway!

Family Vacation

The location was amazing. House was clean and everything we needed was there. Lots of things for the kids to do. The playroom is a great addition. The pool had toys and even a life jacket for one of the little ones with us. There was a little mix up with the check in date but once we got in touch with Jennifer it was fixed.

Dance Wotlds trip

Host was very easy to contact and everything was as it said. We had 10 people and we were all very comfortable. The only thing was the ice maker didn’t work.We purchased a bag of ice. We would definitely stay here again ! Thank you !
