- A safety Protocol has been deployed to ensure the well-being of our guests and personnel. Please do follow the protocol recommendations as it will make your stay more pleasant.



- A Pre-check in cleaning has come into place sanitizing high-touch surfaces introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping personnel.



- Check out care is taken rigorously under the World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.

Security deposit (charge separately from reservation): $200 Fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues at the property, up to 7 business days after check out.



LONG TERM CONDITIONS

For long stays of 25 days or more, a $1.500 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.

USD $200 CREDIT: No refundable, only apply to purchase additional services upon availability and request, only apply for reservations confirmed after February 10th, only apply for long rental stays (30 night minimum)

The property itself and the property manager were both very good. I wish I could give a full 5-star review, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working the first night, and it was extremely hot, which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, it was repaired the next day, but I do feel that when paying full price, guests should receive full service without issues like this.

Home away from home

This amazing home was ours for a week and we loved it. Yes, there is construction, but we barely heard anything in the mornings and we were gone during the day. It did not disturb us. The pool and restaurant was a mile away and easy to get there with our rental car. Juan helped with ALL of our questions and is a great host. Would definitely go back!
