Beautiful home! Great neighborhood! I felt safe there walking at night. Very clean, spacious, great pool. Pay the extra to have it heated, it's worth the fun. Beds were firm but okay. Plenty of dishes and utensils, also plenty of pots and pans. Lots of linens and pool towels. And they even left us a few groceries, which was very thoughtful. We would definitely rent this home again!

Property was on a quiet, dead end street, was close to Disney and shopping. Really appreciated the ability to book only hours before we arrived. Place was comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after long day at the parks. Overall, a great choice if proximity to Disney parks is a priority.

Great place very close to parks

Had a great stay. Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. Definitely recommend. Nice neighborhood. We would happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Rolling Hills, Kissimmee. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — so close to Disney and just minutes from great restaurants like Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Outback, and Texas Roadhouse, plus plenty of shops and attractions nearby. Having everything right on the doorstep made our trip easy and enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again

Great house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was exactly as described and the location was great. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to lots of restaurants and shopping. Communication was prompt and detailed. We would definitely stay again when back in the area!

Large homely house

This house was perfectly stocked with kitchen appliances and supplies, had great security for the backyard pool, and was in a great location. The rooms were huge, beds comfy, living rooms cozy, backyard gorgeous, the tablet left for us to find information was really helpful! A great home!

Mushrooms

The place was beautiful and very welcoming. Loved the neighborhood but there are mushrooms growing along the baseboard against the wall in the bedroom that’s behind the refrigerator. That was a concern.

Family fun rental

Plenty of room for our family of 7. Plus we were able to have our 2 pups with us!!! Family game room in our rental. Large home for everyone to spread out. Heated pool and a grill. We enjoyed dinners together in the large dining/kitchen area. Quiet neighborhood where we all felt safe. Close to all amenities. We had one minor inconvenience with the trash. But with one phone call it was fixed that day! We will definitely rent again!

The villa was great. A fabulous location - circa 15 to 20 mins from each of the Disney parks. Pool had sun all day. Facilities as advertised and 4 good sized bedrooms. We would gladly return to the villa and use this company again.
