The space
🏠Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home! The master bedroom features a king-size bed, there’s a guest room with a queen-size bed, and a kids’ room with two twin beds. Plus, the front seating area has a pull-out couch with a queen mattress, offering even more space to relax.

🍽️Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need – utensils, pots, pans, plates, and bowls – so you can easily prepare meals for your group.

🎯For some family fun, the garage has been transformed into a game room! Challenge each other to a ping pong match, spin the foosball table, or try your hand at darts (just be mindful of the sharp points for the little ones).

🏊‍♂️We also have a private pool, perfect for cooling off or lounging under the sun. The pool area is gated for child safety. You’ll find lounge chairs to relax in, as well as an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals or snacks by the pool.

Pool Heater Available:
•$40 per day for stays up to 7 nights (min of 2 days)
•$25 per day for stays longer than 7 nights

🧺 Washer and dryer available in the unit, so you can conveniently take care of laundry during your stay.

🕰️ Early check fee - $45. You can check in as early as 10am upon availability

Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of one small locked closet in the master bedroom where we store personal items.

Please note that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished.
