  • Villa Dania comprises of four large double bedrooms including two master suites with en-suites and two twin bedrooms. There is a large family room which has been beautifully furnished and includes a comfortable lounge area and both formal and informal dining options.

    For your entertainment the villa boast a fully equipped games room complete with a seven foot pool table and table foosball.

    To enhance your dream vacation, step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic swimming pool and spa set in a large extended sun deck with a south and west facing aspect to maximize the sunlight throughout the day. No rear neighbors just a beautiful view to a preservation area - really quiet.

    A child's safety fence is installed for your family's protection and with 5 sunbeds and tables and chairs for 8 people you can easily find a place to enjoy the Florida sun. The pool/spa can be heated if required and has underwater illumination. As the pool faces a conservation area with no rear neighbors your privacy is protected.

    The villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, Davenport, Florida. Aviana is a tropical 46 acre paradise with resort-style amenities and surrounded by a wildlife conservation area

    Our villa provides the perfect peaceful and idyllic – yet central – setting from which to enjoy your vacation and explore the variety of attractions and activities that Florida has to offer.

A very nice vacation villa. The villa was well stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Communication with Peter, the host, was smooth.

Overall this is a great place to stay for the price! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was perfect! I paid extra for the pool heat and was so worth it!! Had a slight inconvenience when we checked in but the owner was on top of it and definitely made it right!! His communication was excellent. Close to many restaurants and grocery.

We stayed for 6 weeks begining February 1st 2026 and throughly enjoyed our time at the house. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The host was easy to contact and quickly responded. The house was clean, well equiped and very comfortable. We used the pool almost daily. We will definitely be back in future years. I highly recommend this property.

Our first experience booking a vacation rental through Vrbo couldn’t have been better. The home was wonderful—exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the pristine pool area. Staying in a gated community provided a great sense of security throughout our trip.A huge thank you to Peter for his prompt and helpful communication, and a special shout-out to the property manager. I accidentally left my backpack behind, and she went above and beyond by shipping it back to me. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this home again.

We had great time , house was clean and had an amazing view of the sunset while sitting at the pool every night. The only issue we had was with the tempature of the spa, it would not go above 90 degrees (bought a temp guage) and when we contacted host he stated it was at 100( via his app), and to contact the property manager if I was still having issues. When we reached out to property manager a pool guy came out and said the temp was set to 90 degrees, he then raised it to 104 and the spa was excellent for that night, the next day the temp was at 90 again , reached out to host again and he raised the temp to 100 degrees ( via the app) and it was good for a couple hours then went back to 90 for the rest of our stay.We paid for the spa to be heated and only got a few nights in the spa out of the week we stayed.Would stay there again if the spa wasn't an issue

Nice quiet location and clean property. Pool was still pleasantly warm during our stay Nov/Dec. Did have some micro ants in various rooms initially but ant spray sorted that. Main king beds are good but the singles are not great for an adult, very creeky when tried using due to partner snoring :). Coms with Peter was good. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The house and accommodations were just perfect. There was a little issue with the AC, but after contacting the owner and property manager, the issue was resolved immediately. The location and neighborhood were peaceful and convenient. I would definitely stay again anc recommend it to others.

Nice property, everything you need. Good pool. Nice and roomy, plenty of room for a family. Well presented and stocked with all you could need. Air con a little noisy during the night. Beautiful home! The house has a great layout and equipped with everything you need. Everyone loved the pool. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but manageable. The QR code made it very easy to come and go in the gated community.

Vi havde på alle måder en skøn ferie i huset. Dejligt hus med god plads, og virkelig skønt med lidt afskærmning til naboerne på begge sider ved pool-området. Rigtig god kommunikation med ejeren af huset i løbet af opholdet. Det kan bestemt anbefales at leje dette hus.

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable, lots to do. Game room was fun, pool was nice, and family had a great time. Only complaint is that the train will randomly come through every once in awhile and make a ton of noise haha. Other than that, wonderful stay!
