Stove doesn’t work good , doesn’t have layout of home to let you know all bedrooms are upstairs and when you have family that can’t climb steps you need to know this , pool light doesn’t work, you have security that will toll your vehicle if it’s on the side but no cameras to cover your vehicle and my car was broken in and they took all of our sunglasses that cost 300 a pair and I called the property manager and all they said was sorry cameras don’t work. I would not recommend this to anyone and I will never rent again from this company. We stay in Orlando a lot and this was worse vacation we have ever had. For the price it should provide for information and have cameras to protect customers.

Overall happy with our stay. Rooms are decorated nicely, plenty of linens and game room was fun. Pool is not heated, but we were thankful for it! I would suggest fixing the overhead light in master bedroom and upgrade table chairs on patio. The chairs are worn and not fastened to the base. I believe the hardware has corroded.

Property is as pictures show, beautiful, with cute themed rooms, game room, and pool. The home was very clean and was well supplied with almost anything that you would want on vacation. It is close to shopping and restaurants.The pool is great and was warm with the Florida heat. We had a great family vacation as 7 adults and will stay at this property again. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Also the air conditioning works great which is a huge plus with the temps outside.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. The house was clean and in good condition overall, even though it is showing its age. However, the kitchen utensils could use restocking—there weren’t enough spoons and forks for our group of eight. The exhaust vent was quite dirty and looks like it needs a filter replacement, and a few light bulbs in the dining room chandelier were out.Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location—convenient to theme parks, the airport, shopping, and even within walking distance to Sam’s Club!

The house was great location but the listing was not correct. There are neighbors on both sides. And we had to fight to use the community pool. Our first night we went out to the pool and the neighbors were loud in their pool and smoking some stuff that they shouldn't have been. We had to keep the kids inside until they left. The rooms are great and as described. The place wasn't that clean and it was hot when we first got there. We had a few issues and the management responded very quickly. Overall i would stay again and recommend the house to friends. Thank you,Chanda

Check in nightmare

The house was nice enough BUT the check in process was awful and terribly long. There were a ton of hoops to jump through. We will seriously reconsider a VrBO home if the same management company is tied to it. Pool was nice. There was zero contact with property managers even though I emailed twice. Also be on the lookout if you don’t want the pool heated. They will try to charge you anyways!

Perfect spot!

This was a great fit for our family! We had ages 11-70 and between lounging at the pool and the game room, everyone had a great time. It was centrally located for all the events we wanted to do and was easy to get to groceries or places to eat.Ask for the heated pool add on and bring your own pool toys or purchase cheap from the nearby Walmart. The pool is a gem and so fun to swim after a long day!My ONLY wish and suggestion for the future would be to provide a fan for each room. Only one room had it and we found that even though there was air conditioning, it had to be set at 72 and that made for muggy bedrooms with little airflow at night. Such a great house! Thank you!

Good value and amenities

Good location and home had a lot of amenities. Nice hiking trails nearby and convenient to area attractions. The neighborhood appeared to be predominately rental properties and there was some audible noise from neighboring properties. Overall we were happy with the house and it met our needs at a reasonable price.

Perfect Vacation Home

Absolutely wonderful property! We would definitely return. The themed rooms were adorable and amazing. The house was clean and easy. The process was so easy to book and the price was very reasonable the neighborhood was safe and close to a lot. Love it! We’ll definitely be back.

Not recommended for little kids.

It's a decent house but not recommended for small kids. This house has no bathtub to bathe the kids. When I checked in, I asked for a baby crip. They dropped off a pack and played for an additional $70. Then I opened the closets in the bedroom and found two additional packs 'n Play. I stayed for 3 days. I asked to turn on the heat for the pool, and I was willing to pay and the refused to do it. end up be without using the pool. Again, it's a decent house for adults. The service is not the best. They will try to charge you for every move you make, but not recommended for little kids.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay while we were at the house. Business meeting at Orlando World Marriott was easy to get to and perfect place to decompress. We loved watching the deer that would graze in the green space behind the house while we were relaxing in the pool in the evenings
