This was our second year staying at this property as last year we all had a great time without problems. Unfortunately this year we had a few problems. On arrival we found a dirty cooker, it hadn't been cleaned properly. A pool netting panel was hanging loose over the pool. Due to a storm we lost internet access for several days, No TV/WiFi, a bedroom light not working etc. The response was slow from the owner. On one occasion the front door lock failed to function, no spare batteries in the property so had to leave property unlocked for a day. On our last day two more netting panels had come away and were hanging loose over the pool. When the owner did eventually get back to me she gave me the name (no number) of her property manager, Windsor Hills office didn't have a record off the property manager. Overall the owners response was slow although she did eventually get someone in to remove the panel & restore the WiFi, she did inform me that she couldn't be contacted for the first 6 days of our stay but then we lost WiFi which made it difficult & had to rely on trying to contact her from other locations.
