HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PARKING
• Each unit has a reserved spot
• Two cars allowed per house

CLUBHOUSE
• The clubhouse is a private property, to have access to the clubhouse amenities, there ́s a resort fee of $100/day. Payment can be done to the front desk located at the clubhouse.
• Amenities are: gym, kids playroom, pool, hot tub, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
• The amenities can be accessed during the clubhouse operation hours (from 8am to 10pm).

TRASH
• Trash is collected daily between 1pm and 2h30pm
• Each unit has a trash can outside the front door.
• All trash has to be bagged and disposed inside the trash

GENERAL RULES
• UPS, USPS and /fedex are allowed. All packages can be directed to the clubhouse address (7430 Brooklyn Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34747), with the guests’s names. A fee of $5 per package is charged.
