    El spa es un lugar divertido y relajante para los niños grandes. La calefacción del spa es gratuita en los meses de verano (de junio a septiembre). La calefacción de la piscina está disponible si se requiere, e incluye la calefacción del spa (con cargo).

    DETALLES DE UBICACIÓN DE VILLA

    Indian Point es una comunidad hermosa y tranquila, centrada en un lago y en un entorno de conservación boscosa. Convenientemente cerca de la autopista 192, con un supermercado Wal-Mart a sólo 1 milla de distancia, y fácil acceso a tiendas y restaurantes. Un diez a quince minutos en coche te lleva a Disney World.
    Universal es alrededor de 25 minutos en coche, Seaworld está a 20 minutos.
    Disfrute de la pista de tenis y un parque infantil, y lagos en la comunidad de Indian Point.

    Muy cerca se encuentran muchos campos de golf, paseos en hidrodeslizador, y las famosas atracciones de Orlando.

    Fabulosas compras en The Loop (10 minutos), Florida Mall, The Mall en Millenia, Orlando International Premium Outlets y muchos más.
    Hay una gran tienda Walmart convenientemente ubicada a 1 milla de distancia, y muchas tiendas en la cercana autopista 192.

    ACTUALIZACIÓN MAYO 2018: gran trabajo nuevo de pintura por dentro y por fuera gracias a Carlos y al equipo. Rey cama en el maestro de la planta baja.

    LLEGAR AQUÍ

    Aeropuerto Internacional de Orlando (MCO) está a unos 25 minutos en coche, Sanford International está a unos 45 minutos en coche. Alquilar un coche en el aeropuerto.

    Tenga en cuenta que la calefacción de la piscina es un extra opcional (consulte las tarifas). La calefacción del spa es gratis de mayo a septiembre.

We were a family of 5 who stayed for 4 nights and it was a perfect location. Walmart is close as are some quality restaurants. We loved the pool and spa area the best. All of the extras were greatly appreciated like gas grill, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dinner and silverware along with plenty of towels and a blanket if you get chilled. The beds were super comfortable. We highly recommend staying here!!

Very happy with our stay, proximity to theme parks is excellent. Beds were comfortable and sheets very soft. We enjoyed the pool day and night, sorry to leave after a wonderful holiday making memories!

The property overall was wonderful. Everything was as pictured, beds were comfortable and the house was clean! We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool and the communication the the property manager about it. We would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay and gave our boys something fun to do on our down days. We had easy access to groceries, Universal and places to eat. Great neighborhood.

Nice clean house with lots of amenities in a good neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family. Only issue was the hot tub didn’t get hot but probably something we were doing on our end and we did not attempt to contact the owner for further assistance. We had a great stay regardless and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My sister’s weekend at Duncan and Liz property was an amazing experience. Communication was easy with them along with the property manager. We were allowed to check in early, the property was clean and nice. Would definitely book with them again. They are also located about 15mins to Disney without having to get on the highway. They are close to shopping and supermarkets. Easy access to everything.

Loved our stay here! The place was huge and there were 9 of us but it never felt crowded. Loved the tile floors, it was nice and cool! Good location, easy to get to the theme parks and Old Town was just down the road. The place was clean, plenty of towels and a nice kitchen. I don't know if we will ever manage to get together for another family vacation, but if we do we will stay there again! Oh, and we ended up having 5 cars which I was not expecting, but we parked 4 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, so we managed ok.

It was a week spent with family that was most enjoyable partly due to the house and its amenities. Close to all the things we needed. Not too far from the attractions. This is yhe second time we have stayed at this property and look forward to it again. Already talking about returning next year.

We were amazed and pleased with the availability of everyday essentials that were available to us. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out and have time to ourselves but also a table big enough to enjoy dinners together. Any questions and concerns we had were answered within a few hours.
