Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2 bath house. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with Queen and Twin beds, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. The adjacent living room is furnished with a recliner, two couches, table and entertainment system . The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and the dining room to sit down talk and eat. Situated on the larger lake at Eagle Pointe guests can enjoy an afternoon viewing the lake and later watch the sunset from the pool deck just off the living room. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Orlando Convention Center and much more.

Very good house in a quiet neighborhood

Stayed 9 nights over Christmas and really enjoyed our time. Got a very detailed info on the check in from the owner and all communication was smooth. House has a very well equipped and spacious kitchen. Lovely pool area, even though some days were cool we used the pool more than we expected. Furniture a little outdated (beds, bedroom furniture, kitchen table and dining table). Very helpful neighbours across the street! Gave us a jump start when our car ran out of battery

Clean, spacious, and comfortable house

The house is exceptionally well-equipped, with a beautifully warm pool and plenty of space. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep.

Family friendly and enjoyable!

The house was exactly as listed. Very clean and functional. We loved the pool. Very nice to come home to that every night in the Florida heat. We liked the layout as well. Perfect quiet area (with a wonderful little kitty from across the street who would come over all the time to say hi!) It was close to all activities and Disney was only 15-20mins away. Lots of shopping and food nearby. Good communication with house owner. Would stay again!! Highly recommend!

Great Place!!

We had a wonderful experience. This was a great house in a great location. Place was clean and had comfortable beds. Has a great view in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. Will definitely stay again on our next trip if available.

Outside of the neighbor’s at 620… kids screaming in the pool after 11 while we were trying to sleep. The house itself was amazing. We had a wonderful time!

Idyllisches modernes Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den See

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus haben wir wieder - wie im Inserat beschrieben - vorgefunden. Tolle Lage um Orlando sowie die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter war jederzeit möglich und ich möchte an dieser Stelle die kurze Reaktionszeit besonders hervorheben.

Neil is very quick to respond to questions and if you have an issue he gets it fixed quickly. The house is not a bad house, slightly dated ie carpet in the bedrooms but this keeps the cost reasonable. I believe I will book here to stay again.

Excellent property, ideal location

This is a lovely house, clean and well appointed in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Great location, ideally located for a short, easy drive to supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the theme parks; the AC works great for those really hot Florida days and nights! View from the pool area is amazing with some beautiful sunsets and wildlife. We'd certainly go back and look forward to our next Florida stay in this comfortable and relaxing villa.

Better than a hotel!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house was in great shape and clean and exactly what we paid for. The owner was good about answering any questions or issues quickly. It was way better than staying at a hotel in my opinion.

3 week stay

Upon check-in we noticed that the house needed a good clean. Everywhere is covered in dust and built up cobwebs. In addition, there is also dead insects in every corner of the house. The cleaners have missed food and debris from other renters which was quite off putting. Communication with the owner was quick but the only option they gave was to leave the property at the hottest time of day for additional cleaning to be done. Our son was unwell during these days and it was not possible. However, another option was not given. Overall, the house needs a serious deep clean and there are issues which need to be addressed. There is a plastic trim around the pool that is cracked and broken, which caused all of us to become cut during our stay. The house has an ant problem and even after adhering to the rules of not leaving any food out, we still had them in random places roaming around the house. This needs attention from the property manager. In addition, we had a situation one day where we arrived back at the house and there was a car parked in the driveway. When we entered, the property manager was in with a repair man for the cable which was quite startling. The owner had emailed to tell us this, but I hadn't checked and it gave us all a fright. We have been coming to Florida for 20 years and never experienced a situation like it. After I emailed to complain, the PM arrived upset saying we would get her fired! Unacceptable behaviour, dirty and expensive. Go elsewhere!!!

Great spot close to Disney

First off you’re about 30 mins from each Disney park. Big dining around. Pool was great for our family. There are clean towels as soon as you get there so you can swim right away. 2 showers makes getting ready for the day or cleaning off from swimming all day very quick and easy for a family. Neil quickly responded to any question that we had. Washer and dryer is very accommodating for a family. Target, Walmart, Publix all within 20 mins from house. Great spot for 1-2 families. 1 king bedroom, 1queen bedroom and 2-2twin bedrooms makes it easy to sleep 8.

Dirty and needs updating

The property was extremely dirty. The beds were musty smelling, and the mattress protectors were grubby. The floors were dirty. The outside pool area was filthy, especially the mat outside the door. The whole place needs a good deep clean and serious updating. There is no way it is 5 star, I would rate it at a 1 star

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage und mit wundervoller Aussicht auf den See mit seiner Tierwelt

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einmalig, um nach erlebnisreichen Ausflügen in die Parks und in die Umgebung die Ruhe und die Natur zu genießen. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse! Und auch früh morgens haben wir den Blick auf den See und die Tierwelt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit Neil war jederzeit sehr angenehm. Wir bekamen immer in kürzester Zeit Antwort und Unterstützung. Vielen Dank dafür. Der Check-In ist problemlos über einen Türcode möglich. Eagle Pointe South ist eine ruhige und sehr beschauliche Siedlung, wir haben uns hier sehr sicher gefühlt. Dennoch sehr kurze Wege zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und in die Old Town. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder an diesen herrlichen Ort!

Amazing 5 ⭐

The house was amazing as well as the neighborhood. Neil was really great at communicating and answering any questions I had. My only issue I had was due to the weather the pool couldn't be heated. However Neil let me know this a few days in advance, and that was out of his control. I went for Christmas, so next time I will try going for spring/summer when the weather is warmer. I would definitely recommend.

Wunderschönes Domizil im Herzen von Orlando

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und es nach drei Jahren genauso wieder vorgefunden, wie wir es bereits kannten und es im Inserat beschrieben ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um Orlando zu erkunden oder die West- bzw. Ostküste kurzfristig zu bereisen. Unser Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall 2023 wieder Gäste sein :)

Schönes Haus am See

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Alles Notwendige für die Küche ist in ordentlicher Qualität vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal für Disney und co. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
