• Security Deposit: A $300 credit card authorization is required. Unused funds are released after departure according to your credit card company’s and bank’s processing policies.

• Parking: Self-parking is $7.00 per day, plus 6.5% tax. In/out privileges are available. Valet parking, EV charging, secured parking, and covered parking are unavailable.

• Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; mini-golf; sports equipment (tennis/basketball); board games & DVD rentals; select daily activities; paddle boats; barbecue equipment; PressReader access.

• Late Arrivals: Contact the front desk in advance if arriving after midnight on your scheduled check-in date. Late arrivals without prior arrangements may be treated as a no-show and the reservation may be canceled.

• Restaurant Payments: The resort’s restaurants and bars are cashless and accept card or digital payments.

• Early Checkout: A fee equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes applies.

• Late Checkout: Subject to availability. The stated fee is 100% of the room rate and tax for checkout until 2:00 PM.

• Construction Notice: Parking lot construction is scheduled from October 1, 2026, through March 2027. Guests may experience construction noise, limited parking, and changes to traffic patterns.

House Rules / Policies

• The resort is smoke-free. A fee of up to $500 applies for smoking in a non-smoking room.

• Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome; contact the resort before arrival regarding arrangements.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $300 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
