The area was very run down the lawn was dead and brown with dead plants the host suggested that due to weather but next door was in much better condition. On entry there was a musky damp stale smell. The main living area and kitchen was very small much smaller than in the pictures.The house was clean but it was very dated and tired looking. There were a number of water stains in the ceiling, the bowls were chipped, rugs were frayed and the toilet broke on first use the bedrooms were small poorly decorated and completely different from the photos this prompted me to ask if AI had been used in the photos the owner says no. There were narrow corridors to the rooms which gave it a prison vibe. We specifically asked for a wheelchair accessible on the VRBO filters but this house was not accessible at all maybe VRBO got it wrong. Did have nice walk in shower.. in the photos the pool seems large whilst in reality it is very small and very open with no planting or screening. It was just not what the pictures promised. We could not stay and so booked into a hotel instead.
