This Newly Renovated vacation home is centrally located near all the parks & attractions features high-end finishes & furnishing. It was built with you in mind. Elegant & Contemporary, featuring new Porcelain plank flooring, Quartz Countertop in kitchen & bathrooms, Brand New Kitchen features a very large Island, Stainless-steel appliances, Brand New A/C system & ducts and All new furniture. This spacious and well-lit property features a covered & screened-in patio. This pool home will sure inspire you to relax and enjoy your company; We installed a multi-color LED light in the pool to enhance your experience at night.

For an additional daily fee of $35/night, we can turn on the pool & spa/Jacuzzi heater, otherwise you can enjoy the pool as-is.

This unique property is located within close proximity to Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure,SeaWorld, Disney, Gartorland, The Orange County Convention Center, Numerous shopping malls, ICON Park, International Drive, MCO International Airport & Restaurant Row. Located right across from the JW Marriot & the Ritz Carlton.The neighborhood is fairly quiet & sits right across from the Ritz Carlton & the JW Marriott, both have wonderful restaurants & bars.

Worst VRBO ever. Shower curtains moldy at the bottom. Almost no water pressure in the master bath when turned to hot. Good pressure on cold. It looks like most of the window sills in the house have not been cleaned for years...1/8 inch of gunk buildup. Nearly impossible to open any window shades which then exposed the gunk on the window sills. Ant traps on the window sill directly behind the sink on the filthy window sill that you had to stare at everytime when using the sink. Ice maker doesn't work or turned off. Hard to say, BECAUSE THERE IS NO HOUSE BOOK EXPLANING ANYTHING. I could go on and on.The description states recent remodel. Very hard to believe.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR ANYONE.

I did reach out to see if I could enter early but the host wasn't monitoring the chat and didn't respond until after the usual time access was released. Not a big deal but would expect a more timely response. House was as advertized. No concerns, great location. I would note that one of the taps in the master bedroom was not running and I was unable to get the master shower temperature past luke warm (my daughter noted the other beromm shower was fine). A small plus would have been some K-Cups for the coffee maker. Overall though, it is a good value property.

Checked in to an unclean house from the previous guest with used towels on bedding, couch and floor, dirty dishes in sink and trash in can. Cleaning team came out 3 hours after check in.There were multiple tears in the ceiling, and wall paper which I will add photos of.I paid 70 extra dollars for the pool and hot tub to be heated to 88 degrees, he then messaged me and said it was heated to 80 degrees which is not what we agreed on. The hot tub only worked once out of the 6 times we tried using it, complete waste of money and feel scammed. The pool was cold.There was no toilet paper in master bathroom or trash bag added in the bathroom. The cold water doesn’t work either and the bed is caved in and cracks loudly when laying on it. The smoke alarm also has no batteries in it making it unsafe if you are brining any kids.There is no pictures or decorations anywhere, no fans in the rooms, furniture is banged up and looks like it was purchased from goodwill to make the house look furnished. Its clear the owner just has a lazy property management run the place and they do beyond the bare minimum to list the place for high price rent due to its location.This place is no where near worth the price it was listed for and I do not recommend anyone rent this out, we paid a lot of money for nothing but headaches and poor quality service all around. Nothing but headaches and put lots of stress on an otherwise fun vacationDo not rent this house!!

The house was fairly clean and comfortable, however there were issues. The water in the main bath/shower does not drain properly so you are standing in your water the whole time. The kitchen is not fully equipped as described; there are only a couple pots and fry pans. If you book through VRBO, the house instructions are not sent to you, so we did not know some very pertinent information.

Would Book Again

We had an excellent time. The house was very clean and smelled clean. Although there are only three bedrooms, there are two living rooms and plenty of space for everyone. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and there was plenty of table space to play games, as well as the lovely pool area. The lights in the pool/hot tub at night are a great touch. The location of the property, as well as the ample parking, was also a huge plus! I would stay here again!

Spring break trip

We had a great time! We did have a slight mishap once arriving. There was a communication error and the house was not cleaned. I contacted the owner and house cleaners were sent over quickly. They were very nice and quickly had everything cleaned and washed. The house is in a great location, we were 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The pool and spa were a great addition to relax after a day at the parks. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location

My family stayed at this property while visiting Discovery Cove. The location was perfect to be close to that and many other Orlando attractions. We really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of space to enjoy time together. So much better than getting hotel rooms. The Jacuzzi was wonderful! We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.

Inaccurate Sorting Of Property

We found this property by sorting the fields to a 5+ bedroom listing and the owner has it in those larger categories but it is a small 3 bedroom house in a not so great neighborhood. While we misread the actual listing, because of the sort field we thought we had booked a larger place. When we checked in and contacted owner they gave us a "tough luck" kind of response and wouldn't refund. Not a good owner to work with.

Orlando Christmas 2022

My family of 9 stayed here for Christmas and the place was really nice. It had just enough room for us all. Good condition, nice neighborhood, close enough to everything you would need. 25 minutes from Disneyland. The host was easy to reach and responsive. Even on Christmas 🎄. My only 1 issue was that there wasn't enough bed linens and pillows for 9 people. Other than that, it was perfect. I would stay there again.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect place for our week get away. We paid extra for heated pool and hot tub and it felt great! All amenities provided which isn’t always the case in most VRBO places we’ve stayed at. Great host and quick to respond. We were close driving distance to all parks. We would most definitely stay here again if available in the future! Only thing to recommend is renters should Bring own swim towels, only bath towels are provided. It’s not a must but it would've been nice for us to have brought our own swim towels. I totally didn’t think about swim towels but we brought our own pool floats! So fun to play with our beach ball in pool or float around on our pineapple float. Bring your own air mattress pump if you want to bring your own pool floats!

Great location

Nicely updated home in great location. Close to everything! Plenty of room. Perfect for our family getaway. Downside: it looked clean but counters were sticky. Master bed was saggy in middle. No kitchen soap to do dishes. No bath mat in master bath. Otherwise, fully stocked house.

Nice house, quiet neigbhorhood

Nice house, plenty of room to spread out. It was not decorated (no wall art or décor) I found that odd. It was generally clean, but the floors needed attention. Beds were comfy, large sectional was nice for lounging. The pool was very nice. Installing a full length mirror near the main bath would a nice touch.
