Overall condo was nice and in fairly good condition.Here are a few comments/ observations:-[1]Need to update to smart TV's to be competitive with other renters.Lake view was nothing special as it was mucky.[2)Check in time shoukd be more competitive with hotels i.e 11am instead of 4pm. [2b) I thought i was getting 2 full dsys but it was more like 1day because checkin was 4pm and checkout 10am.

We were in town for Volleyball Nationals and chose this resort based on a recommendation from our team—it absolutely lived up to expectations. The unit was exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of home while we were away. The pool area was great!!! The owner was highly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience—we will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Choice

The property is beautiful and we liked the location. The only negative is the pool was under construction. There's another one about a half mile walk away. Also, it's hard to find a parking space if you come back to the condo after 9 pm. I'm sure we were there at a busy time though. The condo itself is very clean and has a lot of room.

Beautiful Accommodations

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only criticism is the mattresses. They are old box spring mattresses and need to be replaced. People sleeping in each of the bedrooms complained about them being squeaky and uncomfortable.

Beautiful and spotless property

Our favorite place to stay for volleyball at the convention center. This place is beautiful and spacious and the beds are comfy. My only complaint and I had troubles with tv’s last year as well. There are multiple remotes for the living room tv with no instructions. Previous guests must have unplugged cord something and did not plug in. It took forever to get it right. Tv in the master bedroom never did work other than to turn on. 2nd bedroom tv was unplugged behind a large dresser so I did not try to move. It was just really disappointing with the tv’s as we just wanted to relax and watch some tv. We were gone most of the time so it was fine but I still give 5 star even without the tvs. Must stay for families who want a little space!

Excellent Property

Outstanding unit to stay in. I have stayed in several Vista Cay units and this is the nicest, cleanest unit I have stayed in. Consideration of your needs including shampoo and soap, not found in many vista cay units. The only thing lacking was towels. There were 6 of us, but only 3 towels for the pool area. Oh well, we used other towels. I would definitely stay at this unit again!

Spacious condo in a great location.

We went to Orlando as a family to visit the theme parks. The location was perfect, convenient located 15 minutes or so from Disney, universal, etc. and about 8 minutes from Sea World. The place was clean and comfortable! We will be back

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our daughters basketball tournament at the convention center! All parks easy to get to from this location. Publix store very close as well. Very clean/spacious condo with an awesome lake view off the back porch. Every morning we enjoyed having our coffee out there. And bonus- fireworks visible at night. Just a five minute walk to the pool was also nice! There were many appliances/utensils/plates/cups/glasses/mugs/bowls etc. available to use. Would pick this condo to stay at again!

Beautiful property!!

Beautiful condo with very comfortable beds and nice kitchen with many dishes etc. very comfy living room furniture. Has some issues with the TVs, but they were quick to respond to at least get a maintenance order. Master bath was amazing, loved the extra long vanity with mirrors for all my girls to get ready at once. The large tub was nice along with the very nice shower with the removable shower head. The balcony would have been very peaceful to use if we would have had more time. We hope to come back next year and we definitely recommend. The only thing I could suggest is maybe directions for the different remotes to avoid confusion. Great place!!

Nice property

We stayed here for about 11 days. Convenient to convention center and parks. Nice balcony overlooking lake. The home is a bit dated and probably needs some updating, but is comfortable nonetheless. Stupid thing, but in the guest bathroom the sink has damage that looks as if someone tried to fill with putty(?) and the toilet seat is the wrong size. Not a problem really but just thought to mention. As expected, it is a bring your own amenities, but they do start you off with a few items (dishwasher pod, clothes washer pod, one roll of TP for each bathroom, a garbage bag). So be prepared to bring necessary items with you (think tissues, extension cords for charging purposes and corkscrew!)There are enough towels for two…but if you have a bigger group, think about bringing some from home. All in all a nice place to stay!

Enjoyed my stay

The three rooms worked for my family and the location is central to the joyful atmosphere in and around the theme parks. For my next Florida vacation in December, the Vista Cay Resort and location is the standard to meet or beat.
