-Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas such  as the balcony and pool area.

*A $250 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property.*

📝 Additional Information

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One roll of paper towels
-Two trash bags
-One dish sponge and dish detergent
-Dishwasher pods
-One soap and one fabric softener
-One shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom

These items are complimentary for initial use only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

No food, condiments, coffee, cooking oil, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes.

🧺 Housekeeping

-No daily housekeeping service is included
-The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in
-Clean sheets and towels will be available upon arrival
-Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee
-Washcloths are not provided and are considered personal items

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

📦 Online Deliveries

-USPS does not deliver to vacation homes
-Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended
-Some resorts may charge package handling fees or may decline deliveries entirely

🏊 Pool Heater Information

Please read carefully before requesting pool heat:

-Cost: $35 per day
-Minimum requirement: 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated together with the pool and both will have the same temperature
-Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions

If the heater does not reach the desired temperature during cold weather, refunds will not be provided.

The pool heater system includes an automatic safety mechanism that may temporarily shut off the system during extreme cold conditions to prevent overheating and equipment damage.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
