This was our second time staying and it was as great as we remembered. We loved having the pool at the house and the access to the aquapark at the clubhouse. This home is conveniently located and a quick drive to all the parks.

Beautiful Home

Very well appointed home with great entertainment...only gripe is that it only gets to 72° so if you're used to sleeping in a cold home/room it gets to be a bit uncomfortable at night

Two Family Vacation

We stayed at this unit with five adults and three kids ages 3-11. House is beautiful. The kids loved the loft area upstairs, furniture and beds comfortable, plenty of kitchenware and towels for everyone. Many prior comments referred to the dirty carpet- I was prepared for this but it was not as bad as reviews made it seem. Most stains are in the kids area which is to be expected anyways. The only other issue was that a couple of remotes were missing so we had to share remotes between bedrooms. Resort amenities across the road were phenomenal as well and we felt like we were in close proximity to everything. We would stay here again!

Great house, fun water park, lots of traffic

Three adults and three boys ages 8-12 stayed at this house for three nights in February. The house was modern, very clean and in good repair. It was just as described and the photos were completely accurate. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. We paid extra for the pool and hot tub to be heated, but we did not use the hot tub as only one or the other can be heated at one time. There were pool lights to swim at night which the boys really enjoyed, but the adults did not swim as the weekend was in the low 70’s with a steady breeze. We used the washer and dryer and they worked well. The house comes with enough laundry detergent to do one load (maybe more for longer stays) and enough garbage bags and dishwasher detergent for each day you stay. The dinnerware, silverware and cups, including coffee mugs and wine glasses were ample. We visited the community center one time to use the water park and pool. They were busy, but not crowded, although there was a line for entry at 11:00 when they opened and “prime” sun lounges filled quickly. WE did not eat at the restaurants, but we did have drinks and snacks poolside, which were pricey but not out of line. My husband and son had a great time bicycling on the golf cart/ cycle. Not anything to do with this house or resort, but this area of Orlando is incredibly built up with massive amounts of these type of resorts, which are really just huge housing developments with 100% short term rentals. The infrastructure is just not up to par. Traffic is insane, and although we thought we were close to the gas station, pharmacy and grocery, we were in fact about 25 minutes away. The house Wi-Fi was decent, but the cellular service around this part of Orlando was simply terrible. You cannot count on your cell phone loading and continuing to load for directions (either on Verizon or ATT) so we found that preloading directions and using screenshots was easier. Also, outside of the tourist/ resort and amusement areas, there were a lot of cash for jewelry, liquor stores, tattoo parlors, Tax advance payment places, etc. I’ m used to traveling and living in many NE US metropolitan areas, and there is always a mix of commercial and residential uses of varying socioeconomic strata, but this was a strange clump of oases of high end guarded and fenced vacation homes and then outside of those communities existed the “real world.” Regardless, I would recommend this house, esp for young families.

Great location and beautiful home

It's an amazing property with great amenities both in the home and in the community. For the most part the home was very clean with a few minor things that were an eye sore (spots on carpet upstairs, ottoman in loft is badly stained and should either be deep cleaned or replaced, stair railing was visibly dirty). However, some wear is expected with a home intended for kids. Overall we had an amazing time and have no regrets in renting this house. We'll definitely return to this community.

Beautiful house bad neighbors

When we arrived the house was everything that was pictured on the website. Extremely clean and even the rugs upstairs were cleaned as some of the posts had mentioned they were dirty. The pool area was great the pool alarm was a pain but it is a law to have one so we had to get used to it. What happened on Christmas eve is a large group of people rented a house 2 houses down from us. There must have been 40 people outside singing songs on a aplifier all day and all night. I called Encore about 10 and they said quiet time is not until 11 but they would ride by well the noise stopped for about 15 minutes then it started back up again. It was all night screaming singing and then the fireworks started at 3am. There are signs that say no fireworks allowed in the development but it didn't stop them. I am very upset that my 11 year old could not get a good nights sleep on Christmas eve. Encore should have followed up with this house full of people and not allowed 40 or more people to share one of these houses. I thought this neigbhorhood and development was very upscale but I would not stay here again if this is the kind of rif raff you let in.

Great Family Fun

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. From start to finish we had a blast. We travelled with our family and some of our friends. The kids loved staying in the themed bedroom and kept busy with the game room upstairs. We had kids from infants to teens in our group and there was something for each of them. I was so pleased to see bikes and a stroller for our use in the garage. I thought that was the coolest touch. We paid to have our pool and spa heated which was completely worth the cost. We were able to jump in at any time during December. It was lovely. The small details: The carpet needs a good cleaning but that's to be expected for a house intended to serve families. It was by no means gross. It just had a few spots that need a touch up. This particular house is on the other side of the highway across from the main resort. The entrance can get very backed up, especially on the weekends. When we first checked in the attendant told us we needed to scan our Driver's License each time we went through the gate. We found out a day later that all we needed to do was stop at the front desk to get an amenities card so we did not need to go through this process. That was helpful but would have been nice to know right away. During our last night, the fire alarm went off at 4:30am. There was no fire so we were unsure of what was happening. We called the after hours number only to receive voicemail and never received a call back. Thankfully there was no real emergency but still a little disappointing that no one felt it necessary to call us back. Overall we did really enjoy our stay and the little things did not ruin the trip. We can't wait to check out more homes in the resort for future trips!

Great Rental Home! w/ a good pool and jacuzzi to boot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is as beautiful as the pictures show (Minus no blow up swan floatie in the pool = I was pretty disappointed lol ). Very roomy house. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and had an absolute blast. Dining table was very roomy and plenty of seats. Very bright house, lots of windows with natural lighting and also bright light fixtures. Pros and Cons list below do not do this house any justice. The cons list are really nit-picky stuff and despite the small things, I still rate this home 5 stars and would return myself. Pros: - Beautiful, Roomy and Clean house (aside from the carpets) - Nice sized pool. Great Jacuzzi! - No mosquitoes. Despite no screen, I did not notice any mosquitoes outside, throughout the day or at night. - Grill on-site (works well, despite temp sensor being broken and 1 of the 5 burners was not working) - Access to the resort pool and kids splash pad across the street. THIS WAS AWESOME! The kids really had a blast on all the splash zone slides. Even the adults really enjoyed the afternoon there. HUGE bonus. (They only open at 11am though, and after 12pm it starts to get pretty packed, little chairs available). Cons: - Dirty/heavily stained carpets. On the Staircase, and upstairs in various rooms. Could definitely use a replacement. - Housekeeping needs to do better job vacuuming the couches, we encountered many crumbs of chips/pretzels in between cushions - Annoying Pool Door Alarm (have to silence it or hit button every time you open patio door) - Neighborhood's front entrance lift-gate: it was broken on arrival and being fixed. Once fixed, next day it was broken again. Causing major traffic jams. - TRAFFIC: horrible traffic during rush hour on the main street before you turn into subdivision. Also you can't drive straight out into the main resort to access pool, need to turn right and make a U-turn way up ahead. - No privacy to next door house. (Recommend extending the hedge bushes across the entire fence line for privacy) - lots of small bugs/beetles and centipedes in/near the pool. Usually after every afternoon rain you'll need to use the pool net and get all the bugs out of the pool (not a big hassle, and can actually be fun especially for kids) Recommendations for Owner: Replace carpet, extend hedges for privacy, and provide some floaties for the pool.

Excellent house and resort

This is a great house; very clean and had everything we needed. Inside and out-was great for us. It’s a nice house, outdoor area is perfectly maintained and comfortable beds. Loved the amenities at encore-all very well organized and fun. We would love to go there again. The only issue we had was the free transportation that is offered to Disney. It’s handled by a 3rd party and the information/times listed by encore were not accurate. I researched and asked lots of questions of the encore desk people beforehand but it still didn’t go well. Here are details in case you are deciding whether to use the bus. The bus took 1h in the morning to arrive at Disney transportation center (went to multiple resorts until it was full), it did not stop where the info said it would (no animal kingdom stop so we had a 10min walk from the transportation center to catch a Disney bus (30min wait) to the AK) and the evening bus wasn’t in the space that was listed so we waited and eventually missed it even though we were there (2 buses at the transportation row and neither bus driver or transportation manager knew the name of the resort and told us they weren’t the bus we were waiting on) ....the encore desk was unable to give us better info or help us as we dealt with being left at Disney bc it was “all 3rd party”. (1 of those buses was actually our bus but was parked in a different spot). Encore gave us the bus stations number and that’s how we found out we had been left. They offered to double back after a universal studios pickup and get us but we decided it would be better to taxi home at that point (at that point we had been sitting in the middle of the parking lot for 45min). Ended up being fine as we Ubered our family of 7 home (which requires 2 Uber cars) but was a very frustrating experience at the end of a long day. We drove ourselves the other days and just paid for parking—this was a great $25 decision and allowed us to get to parks on time and get home reliably. Hopefully this info will save another family from this frustration. Encore would do well to have more accurate info about the buses and what it’s like for people riding them. Of note—encore thought it was bc it was the off season (feb) that the bus issues occurred and was very apologetic. But again they have no control and can not help because “it’s a 3rd party bus.”

Clean home with great pool/hot tub

Really nice home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Clean and inviting. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Location was perfect. Just far enough away from all the madness but close enough where you only had to drive 5-15 mins.
