• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking

Good stay plenty if room

We had a good stay. There is plenty of room and customer service was great. The house is showing some age but overall a good stay nothing major just some minor things that were fixed promptly. I would recommend and stay again.

Nice location. Excellent Theater. Tiny outdoor space

The best part about this house is the theater/game room. The theater room was clean, spacious and comfortable. One chair was broken, but we are a family of 6 so the 7th chair wasn’t needed. If you do not need much of an outdoor space and look to spend most of your days or nights indoors, this house is a great option. The backyard is the worst part of this house. Here’s why: - Limited seating. Five dining chairs for a house with 5 bedrooms. It’s really small so your chairs run into the beam and leaving no room for guests to walk between the dining table and safety fence. - there was trash left out by the fence and in the landscaping around the house near the trash. - there was a hole by the fence like something had been digging. - the pool is tiny. Maybe 15 ft long. That’s a guess. - outdoor landscape around the pool is dying or dead. - indoors, it was nice and cozy for a big house, but it could use a deep clean. The floors felt especially dirty. - the cleaning crew left the mop in the clothes basket, so I obviously couldn’t use it for clothes. So gross.

Great House

Overall this house was wonderful. It was in excellent condition and it was very clean. We've stayed in several homes in the Orlando area over the last couple of years, and most of them were not in great shape anymore and could use a good cleaning. This home was in great shape everywhere, and was sparkling clean. The pool was wonderful, as well. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the movie room. The only thing I would mention is that while there are several video game systems, there are no video games in the home. So if you want to play video games, you will need to bring them yourself. Overall, we were very happy with everything in the home and the management company was also very easy to work with.

Location Can’t Be Beat!!

The location of the house is great! The kids loved the movie room and all the screens for video gaming. Perfect sized pool and spa for the amount of people we had in our group. Also loved the access to the water park, which was close to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice. We will stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay. The support staff was friendly and prompt. We had a small issue with our stove not working but it didn’t impact our ability to cook. Thanks for having us!

Room for Everyone!

Our stay was great, there was room for everyone! The living spaces were ideal, the accommodations offered plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of room for us to gather together. The home was clean, bedrooms and general floorpan were well planned. The community is very active and friendly. We did find the pool area in need of service, pool water was low, needed to be vacuumed and there was left behind items from prior guests. Shower heads were undersized. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very functional with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware and flatware for everyone. We had 10 in our group.
