Holiday Assessment

Lovely villa in a great location with easy access to the restaurants on the 192 and easy drive to WDW or Universal. Disappointed by the pool furniture- the sun loungers were in a bad state and collapsed on first use! They had to be repaired but, the handyman stated, they should be replaced as they were not safe. We didn’t use them again, which took the edge off the holiday.

Perfect for a family

We loved the fact we had our own pool and our 3 kids each had their own rooms. It was nice to be able to pack light and have a washer and dryer right there. There were a couple cleaning issues but overall, we were happy. We didn't have an issues with any of the access codes. Reserving this property was easy!

Great family trip

We have rented from VRBO before and have been disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the properties. This house was clean!! Having a space to come to every night after being in the parks all day was great. The area was quiet and the kids loved the pool!! Thank you for renting out your lovely home!!

Wonderful home in wonderful area

This is a wonderful property close to Disney, Universal, the Orlando airport and other area attractions and was a great home base for our family vacation. It is mere minutes away from shopping and easy to get to and from. The entire house and pool were as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and enjoyed every minute we were there. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home!!!

Family get away

The place was very tidy and clean. My children loved the pool area as well as the extra toys that were in the home. We however, ran into issues when we arrived. The alarm system went off upon arrival and we had no way of turning it off. Thankfully one of the managers called me back relatively quickly as it was very late at night and it was an ear piercing sound. We unfortunately also didn't feel very safe the first couple days. When we first arrived to the home there was a very large party covering the entire street with multiple police officers and the smell of drugs in the air. It was an uneasy feeling to unpack your young sleepy children from the car and get them into the house. It sadly set the tone for the first evening of vacation and I felt as if I had to sleep with one eye open. The chaos did calm down by the 2nd day we were there. I truly hope this was a one time situation and we just happened to be there when it occurred. Again, the house was very clean, updated, and had a nice pool area.

Right in the middle of everything...

Home is within 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport. Gated community and shopping right down the road. House has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We traveled with 4 young adults 16-19 years old. The private pool and pool toys available were greatly appreciated. The Club House provided Pool table, workout equipment and larger swimming Pool. Home is properly maintained. Would highly recommend for all age groups and would definitely stay here again.

Extremely Satisfied with the Property

The property was Beautiful and decorated very well. Everything about home existed upon entering the front door. I would definitely stay again. Games, movies, pool toys, crockpots, waffle irons, spatulas and tubberware, if you needed it, it was somewhere there. I appreciate the comfort and coziness of my own home being present in our vacation home for our stay. The only negative impact came from the grill not working, the pool being too cold even with paying the extra heating fee, and the master bath showerhead not adjustable. Other than a few minor issues, the vacation home is a GREAT deal for the money spent. Thank you for providing the atmosphere to live, love and laugh on vacation with my family. The memories made are precious and most special❤❤THANK YOU😁

I had the opportunity to spend time in another house in Crystal Cove some years ago, but this opportunity I rent this house and the experience was different even though it was the same kind of house. I love this house for the services, details, cleaning, amenities, etc.. for sure I'll back to use this house and services. as my family said is our house !

My family and I couldn't have been more happy with our stay. Great location if you are going to visit any of the parks. We loved that it had everything we needed to cook and more.
