Langham Villa: 3 Bedroom / Sleeps 6

Beautifully updated three bedroom, two bath pool home with spa and games room! South fcaing rear deck, located in the gated community of Manors South at Westridge, this home is close to Walt Disney World Resort, shopping and dining. Recently upgraded kitchen, bathrooms and flooring.

Once inside you will find a spacious open floor plan. To the left is the dining room with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking any kind of meal. Directly in front of you is the bright living area which features comfortable sofas as well as a large flat screen television to relax after a busy day exploring all the area has to offer.

To the left of the living room is the master bedroom furnished beautifully with a king size bed (new mattress 2023), large walk-in wardrobe, plus access to the pool deck. Attached is the en-suite bathroom. To the right of the living room are the two additional bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other two twin beds. You will also find a shared family bathroom here. All bedrooms have their own TV - high speed internet and cable services provided.

The garage has been converted to a games room featuring a pool table and foosball; sure to offer hours of enjoyment! If you are looking for more step outside onto the pool deck where you will find an patio table and chairs plus loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The south facing pool also has an attached spa (heating available at an additional cost) for a relaxing day outdoors.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

House was great. Very clean. Only complaint is that we paid for pool heat for a week and it only was heated for the first two days of our stay.

Lovely Property

The property was exactly as pictured. Pool and hot tub were clean and clear. House was immaculate with nice furnishings. Had everything we could need. Communication with the host was good and timely and they had a thorough binder with every bit of information you could need about the property and surround area. Would stay here again if we return to the area!

Wonderful Property

Our stay was really nice, but it needed some tweaking in a few areas. Originally the 2 sets of sliding doors weren't locking correctly so it worried us safety wise. However the next morning after arriving the management had the repair man come while we were out and he fixed both locks so that solved that issue, because the first night we had a hard time sleeping with unlocked bedroom and living room doors. Other than that there were small nuisances that we were ultimately able to surpass. One major issue was the bed in the main bedroom which was the only bed we used the whole stay. It was listed as a Queen however it felt alot smaller and was extremely uncomfortable, hard with no support as well as the pillows. I woke up with back pain every morning, I am also 22 weeks pregnant and couldnt wait to sleep in our hotel bed on the way home after our weeks stay. I did let them know about this afterwards, so im hoping they fix it for the following guests. That's one reason I'd be hesitant to come back as I stated to them as well....However if they fix the bed issue I'd come back in a heartbeat...the pool was great, we also paid for heat for the week and that was perfect, the Jacuzzi portion of the pool was heavenly and the neighborhood and property itself were very enjoyable and clean.

Nice place, but…

I was a little confused because we felt as if either the owner of the house or the rental company had the neighbors watching us. It was quite creepy to be honest. Very nice place though, unfortunately this stood out and was pretty upsetting.

Very nice place to stay. The only downfall to the week was the outside temps weren't cooperating to use the pool. Very relaxing.
