This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location, but the first in this condo. I was a little disappointed with the check-in process. Our adult son, who was listed on the reservation was supposed to be emailed check-in instructions also, as the rest of our party was arriving much later. He was given instructions only after he contacted management. The dryer wasn’t working properly, and we found 8 pieces of linen (sheets and pillowcases) dropped behind the dryer, and the dryer vent bent. After we removed the linen, the dryer worked great. Bring more towels. There are no pool towels and only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person—not an issue for us as we just used the others as we were a small party. There is only 1 dish towel, otherwise the kitchen is well stocked. The ice dispenser was temperamental. Management got back to us within a day of any of my emails. The photos are accurate. One thing I would suggest to management: put a binder in the condo with TV instructions, local station information , places to shop, places where of worship, local restaurants, etc. also, a weekly schedule for the resort’s activities along with instructions for using the resort pool would be nice.

Palm Beach is a beautiful property with a good amount of amenities. We had an issue with the air conditioner but the Maintenance Guy Luis was awesome. He repaired the unit and as promised he returned the next morning to ensure the unit was working properly. All of the staff was polite. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend you bring more towels/washcloths because it's basically one per person.

great time

we all had a great time. everything listed was there. from a hospitality stand point it had all the amenities needed for a vacation. the only thing that was a bit of a nuisance was that if you have 2 cars.after the 2nd car gets registered at the security gate. the 1st registration card barcode doesn’t work. therefore you have to be showing the guards at the gate your card every time to access instead of scanning at the reader. other than that, great time!

Multiple Family Stay

We stayed here for AAU NationalJunior's Volleyball tournament. There were three families that consisted of 7 adults, 3 teen girls and a 4 year old. This house was the perfect location and probably the best rental we have ever used. No complaints at all! We will most definitely rent this exact same house on our next trip to Florida!! Thank you so much!!!

Nice Vacation home

The property was not hard to find. Check in was going to the guard at the gate with your information and ID. You then you got a parking pass to come and go as you please. House was nice, as described and very clean. There were lots of appliances. The home could use a new knife block, a can opener, a rubber Spatula for baking and a baking pan or 2. The pillows could be replaced, as they were a bit flat. Otherwise, everything was nice. Would stay again. ener

Family vacation

This is our 3rd time renting with Florida Scandi and we’ll keep renting though them. The only thing we recommend is going back to leaving at least a starting kit of supplies and some non perishable items like salt/pepper cooking spray or oil.

Great Time at Epcot

We had a great time at the rental. The checkin process was easy. There were a couple minor issues: 1) the. Ones were in operable 2) my in-laws bed broke the second night and they had to sleep on the couches. It looked like it was broken before and never really fixed. However, we had a big crowd and we fit in very comfortably in the family room and the bedrooms were great.

Good experience

Experience was good up to time when the painters started painting near pool when the kids wanted to go in. We were not informed in advancd of the painting. Other than that the place was good with all that was needed for the stay. I would book again next year.

You get what you pay for.

The property was good for the price we paid. The villas and resort is dated and could use some renovation. The process to get in to the property was absolutely horrible as there is a guard and gate process that took forever. You have to list every single person that is with you or will be visiting you or they will not be able to get thru the gate or use the pool area, which to me did not make any sense at all! The pool tbat came with our villa was super small and in no way could fit half of my family in it. I would not stay here again.
