Overall we had a good experience. The host was quick to respond to questions. We had an exterior door that did not lock when we arrived and they sent someone to fix it the next day. During the week we discovered that quite a few of the interior locks did not work, which was a nuisance but we didn't reach out to the host about it during our stay, we simply managed around it. Also, one of the gates leading into the resort area did not work, there were other ways in, but initially it did create a frustrating situation. Thankfully, a friend staying with us arrived first and had stayed in the resort before and walked us through getting in. Apparently, it is a frequent problem, but we were not made aware of it in any arrival emails. The layout of the house worked wonderfully for our large group of multiple families. However, one of the beds in the Harry Potter room has been replaced with a car bed. Not a big deal for us but if it is a selling point for you, then you may want to know that.There was also a small theatre room not mentioned in the listing, which was a nice surprise.

Kissimmee property

This property is nice although it needs some MAJOR updates to the decor and property. I always do a walk through when I arrive and this place had hole in the wall, paint peeling, hard to open dressers, broken windows, ripped dining room chairs, patio chairs unstable to sit inand let me not forget the power shut off 2 hours before check out as if it was on a timer so we had to collect our belongings in the dark.

High maintenance requirements

This house has been demolished by careless travelers, and maintenance leaves much to be desired. Several problems arose during our stay: the alarm system went off at any time of the day and night, a bath jammed, a shower overflowed every time it was used because the door was not watertight, a toilet jammed, a fridge without shelves and a handle that fell off, a washing machine that is not working, a fridge without a shelf and a handle that fell off,day, a bath that jams, a shower that overflows every time it's used because the door isn’t watertight, a toilet jams, a patio door that doesn't open easily, a deckchair that tears, furniture that's broken and worn, and so on.The maintenance company has been very receptive to all these problems, believing that they know very well that this house has many problems, but it remains on the rental market when it should need some renovation.I didn't like having to manage all these problems during our stay which is unacceptable to put a visitor through. We were 9 persons in the house with only 4 seats in the living room to sat down and the 2 places sofa was demolished and very uncomfortable. Same thing for all the chairs, only 6 chairs at the table and 5 stools at the counter, all demolished and uncomfortable.I don’t recommend this house at all.

Bad experience

The property wasn’t properly cleaned there was liquor bottles left in the pool area as well as one of the bedrooms, when we arrived on the property one of the bedrooms floor was wet along with the hallway, one of the sinks was leaking, the couch had exposed wood, I sat in one of the chairs in the dining room and it totally collapsed, the dryer didn’t work called to have it fixed they never did I stayed at this property June 23-28, 2024 wasn’t pleased at all

Let down

None of the listed amenities were available. The foozball table didn’t have a ball The jacuzzi didn’t work until the last day we were there The pool was overheated. It was the same temperature as the jacuzzi The tv in the theater room did not have a remote 8/9 bedrooms did not have working remotes The master bedroom on the first floor did not have a working dresser

No Complains

Host was very very easy to reach and prompt to answer all my questions. They were able to send maintenance very quick! And property is just like listed, clean and well taken care of. No complains!

Mostly a good experience, with a little disappointment

For the most part, we had a great time. The location is great, the size of the houses in this area are massive and accomodating. But we did encounter a couple issues. Before we ever even unlocked the door, we could hear the house’s smoke alarm going off. It wouldn’t respond to anything without the keycode. I called for help and they said they’d send maintenance out there in a few minutes. About 4 calls later asking for updates and just under 2 hours of waiting with a constant alarm going off, they finally told me somewhere in one of the closets should be a folder with info on the house, and the code might be there. It was, thankfully, but waiting that long was not enjoyable. And that alarm went off again every morning while we were there, but thankfully we already had the code. Another uncomfortable thing was the couches that are there. They clearly are falling apart and you sink into them. There was even a wooden plank with jagged nails sticking out that was just wedged into the couch to put it out of sight. I don’t know if that was the owners or the last tenants of course, but thankfully no one sat on it and got hurt. I’d definitely recommend some replacements though. Other than that, and the floors being a little sticky, we really had a great time. Rooms were all pretty clean and like I said, these houses are so spacious and accomodating, we love coming to this area.

Everything was perfect

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday here and we enjoyed everything about the house. The rooms and property were exactly as the pictures on line. The neighborhood was nice as well.

This was the worst house ever it was dirty we had no Wi-Fi the 2 days we were there dog poop by the pool used pads left in the law no hot water I called them from the time we got there til we left then they said we had took and unhooked the Wi-Fi box when it wasn’t there to began with there was a wild party out there loud music then they sent the worked there to look at the hot water he was smoking in the house while I pulled up then tried to hide the cigarette they came and did the Wi-Fi the day we we’re leaving I spent over a thousand dollars for 2 days for my kids to have the dvd players I had to go buy and cold shower we had to go to the clubhouse just for them to have fun I never have any trouble when we did vacations to this one was the worst ever

Great location

We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love the location. It is a rental community. Our biggest disappointment was that the first night there was no hot water in the showers. The second night we were able to take hot showers after calling the property manager. This house was great to celebrate our 8 year olds birthday at Disney.
