Your escape to paradise is waiting for you! This beach-chic 5 bedroom cottage located in the Margaritaville Resort is the ultimate place for relaxation, fun, and the perfect Margarita! All you need is your flip flops and sunglasses.

Newly opened, Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. Walk to SunsetWalk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre waterpark.

THE SPACE:
With 3 stories, space is no issue. Upon entering the home, you're welcomed by a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The dining room table offers seating for 8 and extra seating for 3 located at the kitchen island. The large gourmet kitchen is equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space to prepare your favorite meals, snacks and cocktails!

Head out onto the patio and you'll find a beautiful lakeview that only gets better as you make your way through the home! A large outdoor dining table makes pool side dining a breeze! After cooling off in your own private pool, grab a chaise lounge chair and soak up the Florida sun. Spend an evening in the attached spa with your favorite cocktail and let your worries drift away.

**Optional pool/spa heat is available for $35/day. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

The 2nd floor offers a secondary master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower and your own private balcony with seating for 2 so you can enjoy that stunning lakeview.

You'll also find a very spacious queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a tub as well as bedroom 3 offering a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Make your way up to the 3rd floor and you're in for a treat! The loft area is equipped with seating for 2, a Smart TV, large bar area and a Mrs. Pac Man 60-in-1 arcade machine! Enjoy endless hours of fun and competition to get the highest score!

Bedroom 4 offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub. Last, but not least, you'll find the beautiful and very spacious master bedroom. Equipped with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the best view in the house while having your morning coffee or evening night cap!

*Each bedroom has their own large Smart TV!*

For your convenience, this vacation cottage is equipped with a full size washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor so you can pack light. It also has a private pool bathroom and powder room on the 1st floor.

Fantastic!

Wonderful stay! The place is as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. Beyond normal wear and tear, place was clean and comfortable. Only feedback I have is clearer communication and signage for the back patio alarm that sounds.

Great property. Spotlessly clean inside. Everything we needed was to hand. The outside area could have done with a bit of a clean and the pool is in need of a deep clean or paint refresh. Other than a few squeaky doors, everything else was perfect.

Definitely will stay again

Absolutely loved the home and will be staying again, everything was as advertised. Wished the tv out back worked, it couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi so it was useless but other than that no complaints.

Great place for a large party

This property was great for our large party. The best thing is that each room has its own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. We really enjoyed staying here and already discussed a family trip for next summer. It made for some good stories afterwards but there’s a little button you have to press by the back door to go to the backyard. If you don’t press it the alarm rings. It’s meant for the door to not stay open too long. So just a heads up as we didn’t know.

Girls weekend

The property was clean and worked oerfect for our getaway. We had 11 women in the house and had enough room to relax and have space for ourselves. The kitchen could use more utensils, bakeware, and hand towels. The paying for the propertywas a little cumbersome and not to my liking but worked out fine in the end.

Relaxing and convenient to everything

We enjoyed our vacation time. This was an amazing home. Everything it stated to include pictures of the home was exactly the same. It's makes you feel relaxed and right at home. Kids enjoy the pool and grownups enjoy the jacuzzi, we had everything we need it. The staff was great and quick to respond all of our questions.

Absolutely Beautiful

The home was absolutely beautiful, even more so than the pictures. It is conveniently located close to Disney and Disney springs making our trip to the parks an easy drive! Highly recommend adding heat to the pool during the cool months, it was a wonderful addition! I would definitely stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was the property amenities as described?.. No hot pads for oven dishes, no cutting board either. We wish we had these. Cleanliness? Inside could have used a little more TLC, outside A LOT more needed. We found finger nails around the pool area and several bug nests around the door. The pool heater was on when we arrived. We had to call on that as it was already 90 degrees outside and expected it to be refreshing, not a sauna. Needless to say since you CANNOT use the hotel pool we had to wait till ours cooled down. We made that phone for service twice as the first call seemed to be ignored... Next day we went to Orlando eye and enjoyed that, also during our visit we went Halloween horror nights.. We did enjoy ourselves, Beds were great, sheets were great, Pacman, a nice plus.. Overall I would probably not stay there again for the price and not being able to enjoy the amenities to the fullest. We stayed 3 nights and had 7 adults.

Horrible home - Dirty & disgusting - broken stairs caused a fall

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start this review off with this. We have stayed in Margaritaville previously through their onsite rental location. We thought we would save a few $$ by renting through Casiola. That was a huge mistake. It had a pool so access to the community pool/bar area was not a big deal to us. What was disappointing was the extreme lack of cleanliness of the property. I have pictures but unfortunately, I cannot post them with this review.Upon check in, we immediately notice an overflowing outdoor trash, surfaces not cleaned inside the house and trash all over the outside of the house. I sent pictures and emails to them. No apology or anything. Just a response of that its “normal wear and tear” Seriously? Dirty walls near the button to go outside in the pool area, countertops with crud caked on? A half empty bottle of vodka left in reach or children? So instead of spending the night relaxing, we spent it cleaning. They also clearly don’t manage the property or ever take a look at it. There were wasp nests in 4 different spots on the outside patio and decks. The lack of cleanliness outside and debris in the pool was a joke. I had to empty the pool filter as it was full! Also, one of the steps was loose and when I came down the stairs, I feel three steps. I notified them and once again, no apology, just we’ll send someone out when we can...I would ask that you avoid ANY Casiola property on Margaritaville. As I stated previously, we rented through Margaritaville previously and had a minor issue that they quickly resolved, and it was CLEAN! It may be a few $$ more but it is definitely worth using Margaritaville direct than this hack of a company.

We had 3 main issues with the house: the house wasn’t very clean, specially the outside part; the rooms curtains let too much light in so we had trouble sleeping in late and also the door separating the living room from the pool area had to be left closes at all times which made it difficult for the barbecue and dining outside.

Family Enjoyed Despite the Issues

Check-in was at 4, however, we were advised a couple of hours prior that the property would not be ready until 6. After a long road trip, we were eager to get some rest, but understood that sometimes these things happen. So we found a way to pass the time and arrived at the home around 7:30 only to find the home still being "cleaned". Two cleaning staff members were socializing on the porch while another inside said she still had to mop the floors and asked if we wouldn't mind getting the linen out once it had dried. Needless to say, we obliged as we just wanted to get in the home at that point. The property wasn't ready and the staff didn't vacate until 8PM! I have never experienced such a delay while renting any property and we have rented many. If that wasn't enough to put a damper on our stay, the fact that the property was filthy when we entered, def tipped the scale. I spent the next few hours discarding leftover food items from the previous guest, cleaning old food scraps from the dining and countertop chairs (noodles, shredded lettuce, sauce stains and more), picking up unfound plastic eggs from what I assume was an Easter Egg Hunt and all the while I couldn't get the image of the two young ladies just standing outside, leaning against the house when we arrived and of course, the fact that it was nearly midnight! The pool was also dirty and needed to be vacuumed which was done the next AM, but only after we were told that "the pool is usually cleaned weekly" which is understandable except that the staff should also ensure it is provided to the guest in a clean state no matter what day of the week they arrive! But it wasn't just that, the property was also in need of a deep cleaning as there was guck under the kitchen faucet handle, dirt and crud built up on the hand railing and most of the furniture throughout the 3 floors, as well as marks on the walls that could easily be cleaned/touched-up, bird poop on the lounge chairs, and the exterior (back) was in need of a pressure washing. It's amazing that the home is less than 2 yrs old as it appears much older because it hasn't been very-well maintained. Nevertheless, we military retirees, have stayed in far less wonderful places (although for free) and made the best of it. We had already requested to extend an extra day and since WE cleaned the place we figured we might as well stay. We actually loved the resort and the property has so much potential with the right property managers.
