INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

This place was fantastic ! Felt so comfortable and at home. It had everything we needed. It was close to everything, yet far enough for quiet time. We loved everything about this place. We had 2 children, 1 dog & 3 adults. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay here again.

I was able to totally relax at this site..The place was so clean and quiet. I actually had surgery and was able to recuperate while my daughters safely manuvered around the facility. Worth the money. The only thing I was not aware of was All of the bedrooms were upstairs.

This unit was as described in listing. It was spotless when we checked in. Cleaned really well. Check in was easy and communication with host company was quick, almost immediate which was so appreciated. We would stay here again.

We had six guests, 3 adults and 3 children. This was the perfect property for our family. I love that the pool is heated, my kids were able to relax and enjoy it on our off days from Disney! Very close to restaurants and Walmart, decent drive to Disney and Universal. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall. I would easily recommend this place.

This place was spectacular and cozy for me and my family! The neighborhood is gated and safe! We love the open floor plan, the amazing heated pool and the bedrooms were extraordinary! I highly recommend this place for it is fabulous!

Positives: Comfortable beds and pillows. Very spacious. Negatives: Property management had switched billing/accounting systems and we found out that they had not processed payment until a few hours before arriving at the property. No one notified us of this even though we made our reservation a couple of months in advance. -Several areas of the house were worn out and dirty. Some examples: Front exterior lights did not work, house was completely dark when arriving at night. Front door deadbolt did not work properly. Stains on the sofa in the living room. Bent curtain rod in living room. Loose floor tiles in one of the bathrooms. Patio area was dirty, Pool tiles had calcium deposits. We could see what appeared to be Chlorine granules in the bottom of the pool as if the the pool cleaning person just dumped it in the pool without care. -Bathrooms had liquid soap and shampoo dispensers. In one of the bathrooms the soap dispenser was broken or empty. Additionally, all bathrooms had horrible water saving shower heads. The kind that you see at two star hotel chains. In conclusion, we won't be coming back.

My stay was an opportunity to celebrate my sons bday and my graduation. The space provided is gorgeous! I didn't get to enjoy the pool but my family did. The owner was very responsive to questions. I highly recommend.

Wonderful stay for a first Disney visit for our grandchild. Property location is convenient to Disney and very close to Wal-Mart. Bed was so amazingly comfortable I asked for the mattress info so I can buy it for home! Towels and linens were nice, clean and there were enough of them. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool towels were plentiful too. Best communication I have had from a VRBO host - EVER. Welcome info was very detailed and even included how-to videos for the TVs. Very responsive to any questions / concerns we had. Would certainly return.

Check-in was smooth/very easy, communications were excellent, owners/mgt extremely nice and responsive, property was very clean, nicely appointed with lots of supplies (cookware, nice new towels, sheets), modern, very comfortable, exactly as described and shown, exceeded expectations. It was also very quiet inside, we didn’t hear any neighbors. The screened porch with small pool and “waterfall” was a great place to sit outdoors with privacy (tree line along back). It is well maintained. This property is near the end of the cul de sac away from the Main Street and there’s a community pool at the end nearby. Beds were comfortable and in good newer condition (foam mattresses). AC worked great. Gated community, no thru traffic. Shopping and restaurants close by (some within walking distance). Very convenient to recreation… We would stay here again if in the area.

We were in town for the weekend for Megacon and this was a great house. Nice quiet street but near plenty of shipping, restaurants, and walking distance to Medieval Times. Owner is highly communicative and dedicated to making sure you have the best experience. Kids loved the star wars themed room!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a property managed by Vacation Alchemy, and it was nothing short of magical! From the get-go, their team was incredibly responsive, ensuring that our entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. They checked in with us multiple times before, during, and after our stay, giving us the confidence that had we needed anything (which we didn't, thanks to their impeccable attention to detail!), they would've been there in a heartbeat. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding. It's clear that Vacation Alchemy values the comfort and health of their guests. The home itself was a beautiful haven. Every room was not only beautifully decorated but also tailored to delight – from the adorable themes that our kids absolutely loved to the luxurious comfort of the king-sized beds, ensuring restful nights after our exciting days. What really set this experience apart were the thoughtful touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Waking up to K-cups ready for brewing, being greeted by a lovely bottle of wine after a long drive, and coming home to such a cozy space – it all added a special warmth to our stay. The location was perfect, too. Being so close to everything we needed, including Disney, was incredibly convenient. It truly felt like we were coming home each day. We are beyond grateful for this experience and have already decided that we will be booking with Vacation Alchemy again!
